Terms & Conditions

Vendor Arrival, Setup & Weather Policy


Please read all instructions carefully prior to market day.

 

Arrival & Setup

 

  • The park rental period is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive before 8:00 AM.
  • Vendor spaces are assigned based on the number of approved vendors. We only accept the number of vendors that can comfortably fit within the designated market area.
  • There is no need to arrive early to secure a space.
  • Vendors will set up in designated spots. Do not set up beside the playground.
  • Upon arrival, carefully pull in straight to the parking lot, the immediate left of the entrance will be blocked off for the food trucks. You will be responsible for transporting your items to the designated vendor area.
  • Leave approximately 2 feet between tents to maximize space for all participating vendors.
  • Tent Weights: Weight Minimum of 40lbs per leg on tent. Host holds the right to refuse set up and request break down of any vendor that does not comply with this requirement. *Vendor agrees to this requirement upon submission of this application.


Park Safety Requirements

  • This event takes place in a public city park and playground area.
  • Vendors must exercise extreme caution when driving, unloading, setting up, operating, and breaking down.
  • Pedestrian safety must be prioritized at all times.
  • Smoking is prohibited within the event area.

Vendor Responsibility

Please ensure you are fully prepared prior to market day, including knowing:

  •  The event name
  • The event location
  • Your setup requirements
  • Arrival procedures

Questions should be directed to event organizers prior to market day whenever possible. Event mornings are extremely busy, and advance communication helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

 

Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event. Due to Florida's rapidly changing weather conditions, event organizers will not make cancellation decisions prior to the day of the event. If rain is expected before the scheduled opening time, setup may be delayed to allow vendors and attendees to enjoy a reasonable portion of the market. If rain is expected later in the event, the market will typically proceed as scheduled.
Weather-related operational decisions will be made based on real-time conditions and communicated to vendors as needed.


Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued unless the event organizer cancels the event.
Vendor withdrawal, weather concerns, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances do not qualify for refunds or credits.

10 X 10 BOOTH SPACE $50.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This option provides the vendor with a booth space to accommodate a (ONE) 10x10 Canopy Tent. Vendors are responsible for their own set up and equipment. See Terms & Conditions
EXCLUSIVITY ADD-ON (BE THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE IN YOUR CATEGORY) $25.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This add-on will guarantee that you are the ONLY Marketplace/Retail vendor participating in this event offering items in your category. This is First Come First Serve upon approvals. If you choose this option, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity, you will NOT be charged for the add-on and we will inform you. 10 X 10 PREMIUM CORNER BOOTH SPACE $75.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This 10X10 Premium Corner Booth space will ensure you TWO open sides of your tent facing outward towards the crowd for elevated exposure and attention.
