About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at the KC Arirang Festival!
We are excited to welcome local businesses, artists, makers, and vendors to showcase and sell their products while being part of a fun and vibrant celebration of Korean culture and community.
This application is for vendors selling merchandise, handmade goods, clothing, accessories, beauty products, artwork, collectibles, and other approved retail items.
Please complete all required sections of the application and provide an accurate description of the products you plan to sell. Photos or examples of your products may be requested as part of the approval process.
Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the festival committee. We may limit vendors offering similar products to provide a diverse shopping experience for our festival guests.
Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding vendor fees, booth assignments, setup and breakdown times, event-day procedures, and other important requirements.

| Business Vendor Booth | $300.00 | Non-refundable | For established businesses or organization promoting professional services, products, or their brand. Includes 1 full 5-foot table and chairs provided by the organizer. |
| Pop-Up Retail Booth | $100.00 | Non-refundable | For small pop-up businesses, independent sellers, and emerging retail brands selling products. Includes 1 full 5-foot table and chairs provided by the organizer. You may share the table with 1 additional vendor of your choice. |
| Pop-Up Shared Table | $50.00 | Non-refundable | For individual or small-scale sellers needing only half of a table. Includes half of a shared 5-foot table and 1 chair provided by the organizer. The organizer will select your table-sharing vendor. |
