About the application
Thank you for your interest in joining us as a Food Truck Vendor at the KC Arirang Festival!
We are excited to bring together a variety of food vendors to create a fun and delicious experience for our festival guests. This application is for food trucks and mobile food vendors interested in participating in the festival.
Please complete all required sections of the application and provide accurate information regarding your menu, pricing, permits, and food service setup.
Required Festival Payment System
The KC Arirang Festival will operate using a closed-loop payment system for all food purchases. All food vendors are required to process festival food sales through the designated festival payment system. Vendors may not use their own POS system to accept payment for food purchases during the festival.
The vendor sales program requires an Android device running Android 9 or newer.
Food vendors have two options:
- Bring Your Own Device: Vendor provides a compatible Android device (Android 9 or newer) for use during the festival.
- Rent a Device: A compatible device may be rented from the festival for $100.
Vendors who choose to rent a device will have the $100 rental fee added to their vendor fees.
Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding vendor fees, arrival and setup instructions, parking, event-day procedures, and other important requirements.

| Food Vendor Table Fee | $150.00 | Non-refundable | A non-refundable food vendor table fee of $150 is required to participate in the KC Arirang Festival. This fee reserves your designated vendor space and includes one 5-foot table and chairs. The fee also helps support event planning, logistics, marketing, and operational expenses. | Android Device Rental | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Festival Payment Device Rental Agreement Food vendors who do not have a compatible Android device may rent a festival payment device for a $100 rental fee. By renting a device, the vendor agrees to: * Pay the $100 device rental fee. * Use the device only for the KC Arirang Festival’s designated payment system during the event. * Keep the device secure and in good working condition while it is in their possession. * Return the device and all provided accessories to festival staff at the designated return location before leaving the festival. * Accept responsibility for the device from the time it is issued until it is returned and accepted by festival staff. * Pay a $300 replacement fee if the device is lost, stolen, damaged, broken, or not returned. The $100 rental fee is non-refundable once the device has been issued. By agreeing to this rental, the vendor acknowledges the $300 replacement fee and authorizes the festival to charge or invoice the vendor for this amount if the rented device is lost, stolen, damaged, broken, or not returned. |
