Terms & Conditions

Here are your Neighborhood Social Terms & Conditions for the vendor application:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Vendor fees are due upon acceptance to confirm your spot. You will receive an email notification if your application is accepted. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance or your spot will be released to the next vendor on the waitlist.

Refund Policy All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is submitted, fees cannot be refunded if the vendor cancels or fails to attend.

If Neighborhood Social cancels or reschedules an event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may transfer their fee to a future event date. No cash refunds will be issued.

Booth Requirements All vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent and power source. Electricity is not provided by Neighborhood Social. Vendors who do not meet these requirements may be asked to leave and are not eligible for a refund.

Food & Beverage Policy Food vendors must provide their own generators. Electricity is not provided. All grease and cooking oil must be disposed of off-site — dumping on-site is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and suspension from future events. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining a Bastrop County Temporary Food Permit and valid Food Handlers Certification prior to the event. Permit instructions will be provided after booth fee is received.

Permits & Compliance Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and certifications applicable to their business and products. Neighborhood Social is not liable for any vendor operating without proper documentation.

Booth Placement Booth placement is determined by Neighborhood Social. Vendors may submit a location request but placement is not guaranteed.

Marketing Accepted vendors are encouraged to promote the event at least twice before the event date and tag @neighborhoodsocial on social media.

Conduct Neighborhood Social reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event for inappropriate conduct, failure to comply with booth requirements, or behavior that disrupts the family-friendly atmosphere of the event. Removed vendors are not eligible for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes Vendors agree not to dispute or charge back vendor fees with their bank or card issuer. Neighborhood Social reserves the right to present this agreement as proof of the transaction and pursue collection if necessary.
