Call for Performers – 45th Annual Georgetown Christmas Stroll

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a wide variety of performers to join us for the 44th Annual Georgetown Christmas Stroll!

🎤 Performance Times:

Friday evening starting at 4:00 PM
All day Saturday
All day Sunday

We are seeking fun, upbeat, family-friendly entertainment of all kinds—musicians (solo artists as well as full bands)  dancers, and more. We welcome performances from dance academies and gymnastics groups as part of our lineup.

⏱ Performance Guidelines:

Please make sure that your performance is family friendly. Time slots will be assigned by the DGA team, if your assigned time does not work for you please reach out as soon as possible. 
Performers will have the option to request AM or PM, but final scheduling will be determined by the DGA .Please bring your instraments and music with you when you check in for your performance time.
Performers are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure they are ready for their scheduled time.

Stage placement will also be determined by our team based on the size of your group (for example, full bands vs. solo performers).

Terms & Conditions – Music Performer Application

45th Annual Georgetown Christmas Stroll

By submitting an application to perform at the 45th Annual Georgetown Christmas Stroll, hosted by the Downtown Georgetown Association (DGA), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application Fee

• A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required with each submission.

2. Event Participation

• The Downtown Georgetown Association reserves the right to accept or refuse any applicant at its sole discretion.
• This is a volunteer performance opportunity. Performers will not be compensated for their participation.

3. Application Deadline

• All applications must be completed and submitted no later than November 13, 2026 to be considered.
• Late applications will not be accepted.

4. Approval & Communication

• Once approved, all communication will take place exclusively through Eventeny.
• Personal emails will not be used as a form of communication.
•  Performers are responsible for checking Eventeny messages regularly for updates and instructions.

5. Performance Guidelines

• Performances times TBD
  Performers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
• Performance time slots will be assigned by the Downtown Georgetown Association. Performers may request AM or PM, but final scheduling is at the discretion of the organizers.
  Stage placement will also be assigned by DGA, based on group size (e.g., solo performers vs. full bands).

6. General Agreement:

• By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• By attending Downtown Georgetown Association (DGA) events, you grant permission for the DGA to use photographs and/or video taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes in print, online, and social media, without compensation or additional consent.
