APPLICATIONS CLOSE AUGUST 13, 2026.

 

**This application applies to all vendors preparing, cooking, or mixing food and drinks on-site for immediate consumption.

 

Application and photographs must be submitted in one application. Applications are due Friday, August 13, 2026. Vendor acknowledges that submission of application does not guarantee acceptance into event. 

 

Upon review and acceptance of vendor application, an approved vendor will receive payment notification by email. Payment will be charged in 5 business days after acceptance notification. Or please let us know if you will be mailing a check so we can cancel the charge on your card.  Vendor will be charged an additional $25.00 for bounced payments on card entered & returned checks with insufficient funds. If payment is not received by the deadline, vendor will be removed from the approved list and will not be able to participate in the event.

Terms & Conditions

• Vendor must apply through the City of Celina’s official vendor application platform, eventeny.com.
• Vendor acknowledges that submission of application does not guarantee automatic acceptance into event.
• Photos of products displayed are required to be submitted with vendor application. Only merchandise, product, and menu items submitted in the application is allowed to be displayed during the event.
• Vendor is prohibited from selling merchandise or distributing information from an area other than their booth space.
• Food & beverage sampling is not permitted without the appropriate permits and approval.
• No political content/promotion as defined by references to a preferred candidate, political party, elected or appointed government official, election, referendum, ballot measure, legislation, regulation, directive, or judicial outcome.
• Vendor must conduct themselves and dress in a manner appropriate to the event. It is the expectation that all vendors are courteous and professional to attendees, fellow vendors, and event volunteers & staff. The City of Celina reserves the right to remove and/or cancel a vendor if in violation of professional conduct in which case vendor forfeits any monies paid. City of Celina decisions are final.
• No profanity or inappropriate materials.
• Vendor acknowledges they are not a spokesperson for the event and will direct any on-site media inquiries to City of Celina staff.
• Vendor grants the City of Celina the right to use his or her name and likeness obtained in connection with participating at the Event for any publicity and advertising purposes.
• The Celina Police Department will provide security during the event. The City of Celina is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items or property.
• The City of Celina does not guarantee attendance, sales volume, weather conditions, or profitability. Vendors assume all financial risk associated with participation.
• Vendor is financially responsible for any damage caused to City property, infrastructure, landscaping, utilities, or equipment as a result of vendor operations.
• Aggressive sales tactics, solicitation of attendees outside the assigned booth space, or behavior that disrupts event operations or attendee experience are prohibited.
• Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of the City of Celina. Vendors are solely responsible for all wages, taxes, insurance, and benefits related to their personnel. Vendor is responsible for the conduct, actions, and compliance of all owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives working within the vendor’s booth or operation.
• Any property left behind after the designated load-out time may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the City’s discretion.

• Vendor assumes full responsibility for the safety and quality of all products sold or distributed and agrees to immediately cease sales of any product deemed unsafe by the City.
• Dumping of grease, gray water, ice melt, or food waste into streets, storm drains, landscaping, or restrooms is strictly prohibited. Vendors are responsible for proper disposal off-site or in designated locations if provided.
• Amplified sound, music, microphones, or audio demonstrations are prohibited unless expressly approved in advance by the City of Celina. Sound levels must not interfere with adjacent vendors, stage programming, or event operations.
• Electric heaters within the vendors booth spare are allowed; however, propane heaters and open flames are strictly prohibited.
• The City of Celina reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or cancel an event due to weather, public safety concerns, acts of God, governmental orders, or other circumstances beyond the City’s control. Such circumstances do not guarantee a refund unless expressly determined by the City of Celina.
• The City of Celina reserves the right to temporarily suspend vendor operations due to crowd density, safety concerns, emergency response, or operational needs without refund or compensation.
• Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Celina, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers in both their public and private capacities, from any and all liability, claims, suits, demands, expenses of litigation or causes of action which may arise by reason of injury to persons or loss of, damage or loss of use by any property occasioned by error, omission or negligent act of myself or any other
persons with regard to this agreement, and I will, at my own cost and expense, defend and protect the City of Celina against any and all such claims and demands.
• The City of Celina reserves the right to cancel any vendor at any time. Vendors canceled by the City of Celina shall receive a full refund, unless vendor has violated the terms and conditions of the “Vendor Policy and Guidelines” in which case vendor forfeits the refund. City of Celina decisions are final.
• The City of Celina reserves the right to suspend any vendor found to be in violation of the terms and conditions outlined in the “Vendor Policy and Guidelines.” Vendors suspended due to violations may be prohibited from participating in any City of Celina events for the remainder of the calendar year.
• Suspension decisions made by the City of Celina are final and not subject to appeal.

• A COI with the City as an additional insured is required within (10) days of being approved. Insurance should: Be issued by a carrier licensed or authorized to do business in the State of Texas. Include: Name City of Celina, 142 N. Ohio St., Celina, TX 75009 as an additional insured. Include coverage for specific date of the event. Show Commercial General Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. Show General Aggregate coverage of at least $1,000,000. List the vendor’s business name and address as shown on the vendor application.

• All participating Food & Beverage Vendors must have a valid State of Texas Mobile Food Unit permit and proof of a passed inspection not older than six months or a City of Celina Temporary Event Food Vendor (TEFV) Health Permit (for tented vendors only). WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT


I do hereby waive all claims, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Celina and all of its departments, officials, officers, agents and employees, in both their public and private capacities, from any and all liability, claims, suits, demands, expenses of litigation or causes of
action which may arise by reason of injury to persons or loss of, damage or loss of use by any property occasioned by error, omission or negligent act of myself or any other persons with regard to this agreement, and I will, at my own cost and expense, defend and protect the City of Celina
against any and all such claims and demands.


I do hereby further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Celina and all of its departments, officials, officers, agents, employees, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits and liability of every kind, including all expense of litigation, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees for death, personal injury or debt of any person; or for loss, damage to or loss of use of any property arising out of or in connection with this agreement. Such indemnity shall apply whether the claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits or liability arise in the whole or in part from the negligence of the City of Celina, its departments, officers, officials, agents or employees. It is the express intention of the parties
hereto, both myself and the City of Celina, that the indemnity provided for in this paragraph is indemnity by the undersigned to indemnify and protect the City of Celina from the consequences of the City of Celina’s own negligence, whether that negligence is the sole or concurring cause of
injury, death or damage.


It is further agreed that the execution of this Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement will not constitute a waiver by the City of Celina of the defense of governmental immunity, where applicable, or any other defense recognized by the courts of the State of Texas.


I am voluntarily participating in the Event listed above and I am participating in the Event entirely at my own risk.


I have read the Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement and understand its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
