Terms & Conditions
Equipment Responsibility:
- Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs for their booth setup.
Booth Stability:
- Vendors utilizing pop-up booths must ensure booth stability by using appropriate weights or anchors.
Event Information:
- Vendors will receive detailed instructions regarding load-in, load-out procedures, and any other essential event information TWO WEEKS prior to the event.
Electricity:
- Please note that electricity will not be available at the event. Vendors should plan accordingly for their power needs.
Permit Requirement:
- Booth Food Vendors: The City of Pflugerville will provide an Austin Public Health Temporary Food Booth Permit for vendors, at no additional cost to the vendor. City staff will contact you via email to collect the required documentation and information needed to process your temporary event permit application.
- Mobile Food Vendors: Beginning July 1st, Mobile Food Vendors must obtain a Texas Mobile Food Vendor Permit to operate. Mobile Food Vendors can no longer operate under a Temporary Food Establishiment permit.
