About the application

Accepted Vendor Types:

  • Non-Profit Vendors ONLY (Applicants must submit IRS documentation of 501(C)(3) status)

Non-Eligible Vendors:

  • For-Profit vendor and businesses
  • Political affiliations, parties and groups

Vendor Guidelines:

  • No Active Solicitation - Interactions must be attendee-initiated. Vendors may not approach or call out to attendees
  • No Physical Marketing Materials - Vendors may not hand out any marketing materials to attendees. Instead, digital links (e.g., QR Codes) may be displayed for attendees who want more information.
  • Signage - No signage may be staked into the ground. All signage must be placed within the footprint of your vendor space. 

Family-Friendly Activity Required:

  • All community vendors must provide a family-friendly game or activity 

Event Attendance:

  • Vendors are required to attend both Friday and Saturday of Deutschen Pfest, hours as follows:
    • Friday, October 16th; 5 to 11 p.m.
    • Saturday, October 17th; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Booths must be manned during all event open hours. 

Booth Options:

  • Single Vendor Booths: Includes a 12x12 booth space

Vendor Selection:

  • All vendor submissions will be reviewed and selected through a jury process.

Terms & Conditions

Equipment Responsibility:

  • Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs for their booth setup.

Booth Stability:

  • Vendors utilizing pop-up booths must ensure booth stability by using appropriate weights, stakes or in-ground anchors are not allowed.

Event Information:

  • Vendors will receive detailed instructions regarding load-in, load-out procedures, and any other essential event information TWO WEEKS prior to the event.
