About the application
We are curating a select group of food and beverage vendors to complement Stars, Flannel & Vintage Weekend. We are looking for high‑quality food trucks, specialty beverages, baked goods, packaged treats, small‑batch consumables, and seasonal offerings that enhance the overall guest experience.
All food and beverage vendors must offer professional, well‑presented setups and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient service area throughout the event. Clear photos or links must be included with your application and should show both your menu items and your setup.
All food vendors must have current licenses, permits, and health inspections, and must follow all food‑safety guidelines required by the county and state. This includes cottage food labeling requirements when applicable.
This is a three‑day event, and all approved vendors must be fully committed to attending all three days.
Vendors are required to provide their own tent (if applicable), tent weights, equipment, and full setup. Tent and setup requirement
We accept a limited number of food and beverage vendors in each category to maintain variety and balance.
Please note: We do not have an ATM on site, so vendors should plan accordingly for cash handling.
Overnight security will be provided for all three days; however, vendors are responsible for securing their own merchandise, equipment, and displays.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
By applying to participate in this event, vendors agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Three‑day commitment — All approved vendors must attend all three days of the event. Partial participation is not allowed.
Please note: Power is not guaranteed. Vendors should be prepared to operate without electricity or bring approved alternatives if needed.
Rain or shine — This is a rain‑or‑shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
Tent weights required — All tents must have proper, secure weights attached at all times. Unweighted tents will not be permitted to set up.
Flexibility requirement — Vendors must remain flexible with booth placement, load‑in/load‑out timing, and any operational adjustments made by staff. Event needs may shift, and vendors are expected to cooperate with all changes.
Right to remove vendors — The City reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave at any time for unsafe behavior, unprofessional conduct, failure to follow rules, or actions that negatively impact the event. No refunds will be issued.
Approval & denial rights — The City reserves the right to approve or deny any application to maintain event quality and category balance.

No refunds — Application fees are non‑refundable, and no refunds will be issued after a vendor has been approved.
No‑call / no‑show — Vendors who fail to show up without communication will receive no refund and will not be invited back to future markets.
Setup & teardown rules — Vendors must set up and tear down only during designated times. Early departure is not allowed unless approved by event staff.
Daily cleanup — Vendors must keep their space clean and remove all trash and debris from their booth at the end of each day.
Overnight security — Overnight security will be provided; however, vendors are responsible for securing their own merchandise and displays.
Loss & damage disclaimer — The City is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, equipment, merchandise, or personal property at any time.
Professional conduct — Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth and follow all staff instructions throughout the event.
Event photography — A contracted event photographer will be onsite. By attending, vendors grant permission for the City to photograph and use images of their booth, products, and setup in any form of media, including social media, print, advertising, and promotional materials, without compensation.
