Makers & Boutique Application THURS OCT 22

We are curating a fall market featuring antique and vintage dealers, clothing boutiques, jewelry makers, small‑batch goods, handmade treasures, home décor, and seasonal fall shopping.

Our goal is to build an elevated, vintage‑inspired experience filled with warm autumn charm and high‑quality vendors.

We’re looking for vendors who offer original art, antiques, boutique apparel, jewelry, handmade items, home décor, outdoor furnishings, consumable treats, seasonal plantings, and other unique finds that help create a cohesive, well‑curated market.

This is a juried event, and vendors are selected based on variety, originality, booth presentation, and overall quality. Spots are limited for each category to ensure a balanced lineup.

All booths must provide an engaging, visually appealing setup with strong merchandising, cohesive branding, and attention to detail. Clear photos or links to online galleries must be included with your application and should showcase both your products and your booth display.

By applying to participate in this event, vendors agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Rain or shine — This is a rain‑or‑shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

Tent weights required — All tents must have proper, secure weights attached at all times. Unweighted tents will not be permitted to set up.

Flexibility requirement — Vendors must remain flexible with booth placement, load‑in/load‑out timing, and any operational adjustments made by staff. Event needs may shift, and vendors are expected to cooperate with all changes.

Right to remove vendors — The City reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave at any time for unsafe behavior, unprofessional conduct, failure to follow rules, or actions that negatively impact the event. No refunds will be issued.

Approval & denial rights — The City reserves the right to approve or deny any application to maintain event quality and category balance.

No refunds — Application fees are non‑refundable, and no refunds will be issued after a vendor has been approved.

No‑call / no‑show — Vendors who fail to show up without communication will receive no refund and will not be invited back to future markets.

Setup & teardown rules — Vendors must set up and tear down only during designated times. Early departure is not allowed unless approved by event staff.

Daily cleanup — Vendors must keep their space clean and remove all trash and debris from their booth at the end of each day.

Loss & damage disclaimer — The City is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, equipment, merchandise, or personal property at any time.

Professional conduct — Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth and follow all staff instructions throughout the event.

Event photography — A contracted event photographer will be onsite. By attending, vendors grant permission for the City to photograph and use images of their booth, products, and setup in any form of media, including social media, print, advertising, and promotional materials, without compensation.

Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring that all products comply with copyright, trademark, and intellectual‑property laws. This includes items inspired by TV shows, movies, characters, quotes, logos, or branded content. The City of Flowery Branch does not review, approve, or provide protection for licensed or trademarked material.

Please note: We do not have an ATM on site, so vendors should plan accordingly for cash handling.
