VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. APPLICATION & APPROVAL

Vendor participation is by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. URENU Wellness reserves the right to approve, decline, or waitlist any vendor application at its sole discretion. Vendors will be notified of their application status via email within 48 hours of submission.We are committed to curating a wellness-aligned vendor experience. Priority will be given to vendors whose products or services align with women's health, wellness, faith, self-care, nutrition, fitness, beauty, or lifestyle.

2. VENDOR FEE

The non-refundable vendor fee is $25.00, due upon acceptance of your application.This fee covers one (1) standard table setup for the duration of the event.Payment must be received within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your vendor spot. Unpaid applications will be released after 48 hours.Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including vendor cancellation, no-show, or event changes beyond the organizer's control.

3. WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your $25 vendor fee includes:

✅ One (1) standard vendor table space

✅ Access to an estimated 60 women attendees

✅ Opportunity to participate in the attendee giveaway and/or raffle

✅ Networking with health-conscious, community-minded women

Tables, Chairs, tablecloths, signage, and display materials are the responsibility of the vendor.

4. GIVEAWAY & RAFFLE PARTICIPATION (Encouraged)

To create an engaging, high-energy experience for attendees, all vendors are strongly encouraged to participate in one or both of the following:

Attendee Giveaway

Vendors are encouraged to provide a branded giveaway item or sample for each attendee (projected: 60 women). This may include:

• Product samples
• Discount codes / promotional cards
• Branded merchandise
• Mini services, trials, or consultations

Event Raffle Contribution

Vendors are also invited to donate an item or service to the event raffle basket or drawing. Suggested value: $15–$50+. This is a powerful way to increase your brand visibility as your contribution will be publicly announced during the event.

Please indicate on your application whether you plan to participate in the giveaway, raffle, or both.

5. VENDOR CONDUCT & PROFESSIONALISM

All vendors are expected to:

• Conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner toward attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff at all times.
• Ensure their display is clean, organized, and visually appropriate for a wellness-focused women's event.
• Refrain from aggressive sales tactics, including pressuring attendees or interrupting the speaking program.
• Remain at their table during the active event hours and avoid breaking down early without prior approval from event organizers.
• Respect the faith-based, women's wellness atmosphere of this event.

Content, products, or messaging that contradicts this environment will not be permitted.

6. SETUP & BREAKDOWN

• Setup begins: 1:45 PM — vendors must be fully set up and ready by 2:15 PM
• Late arrivals after 2:15 PM may forfeit their vendor space without refundEvent hours: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Breakdown: Vendors may begin breakdown at 5:00 PM when the event officially concludes — not before
• Early breakdown without prior written approval is considered a violation of vendor terms and may affect eligibility for future URENU Wellness events

7. SPACE & TABLE POLICY

Each vendor is assigned one (1) standard table (approximately 6 ft max).Vendor spaces must remain within the designated area. Vendors may bring their own tablecloths, backdrops, or display items provided they remain within the assigned space.Electricity is not guaranteed. Please indicate any power needs on your application. Availability is limited and not promised.

8. SALES & TRANSACTIONS

Vendors are solely responsible for managing their own sales, payments, and transactions.URENU Wellness is not responsible for vendor revenue, losses, or disputes with customers.Vendors are encouraged to bring multiple payment options (cash, card reader, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) as event WiFi availability is not guaranteed.

9. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Vendors participate at their own risk. URENU Wellness and Renewed Beginnings Holistic Health LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.Vendors are responsible for the safety and compliance of all products or services they offer.By submitting a vendor application, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless URENU Wellness, Renewed Beginnings Holistic Health LLC, and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing to urenuinfo@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the event.

All vendor fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.

In the event that URENU Wellness must cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond its control (weather, venue issues, etc.), vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Fees may be applied toward a future event at the organizer's discretion.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

By participating as a vendor, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event for use in promotional materials, social media, and future marketing by URENU Wellness and Renewed Beginnings Holistic Health LLC.

12. AGREEMENT

By submitting your vendor application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.For questions, contact:
