Welcome! You are applying for a 10x10 Booth space for QTPOC Da Block! 2026.
QTPOC Da Block! is a free, all-ages block party created by and for Queer and Trans Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (QTPOC). Hosted by the BIPOC Pride Committee of the Grand Rapids Pride Center, this event celebrates community, culture, creativity, chosen family, and joy.
We are seeking vendors, artists, makers, food vendors, nonprofits, and community organizations whose work contributes to an intentional space centered on QTPOC communities.
Vendor selection is based on mission alignment, community connection, vendor diversity, and event logistics. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance.
Vendor Contribution (Pricing):
QTPOC Da Block! was created to invest in and reduce barriers for Queer and Trans Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Our contribution structure reflects that commitment while helping sustain this community event.
Accepted vendors will be asked to contribute based on the following structure:
• QTPOC-owned or led vendors: Suggested community contribution (pay what you can)
• BIPOC-owned vendors (non-2-SLGBTQ+): $50
• 2-SLGBTQ+-owned vendors (non-BIPOC): $50
• Nonprofit organizations and all other vendors: $75

| 2-SLGBTQ+-Owned Vendors (Non-BIPOC) | $50.00 | Non-refundable | We recognize the importance of uplifting the broader 2-SLGBTQ+ community while intentionally centering QTPOC voices. This contribution supports the event while helping us maintain an accessible and affirming marketplace. |
| Nonprofit Organizations & All Other Vendors | $75.00 | Non-refundable | We welcome organizations and businesses that support the mission of QTPOC Da Block! and are committed to creating an inclusive community experience. Your contribution helps offset event costs and ensures this celebration remains free and accessible to attendees. |
