VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in vending with Culture Atlanta. Please carefully review the following terms before submitting your application.

1. APPLICATION & APPROVAL
   Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Culture Atlanta reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit vendors based on event needs, product categories, and available space. 
2. PAYMENT POLICY
   Full payment is required to secure your vendor space. Vendor spaces will not be reserved without payment.
3. REFUND POLICY
   All vendor payments are non-refundable. As a free-to-the-public event, Culture Atlanta uses vendor fees to support event operations, production, marketing, logistics, and infrastructure.
4. EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS
   If a confirmed vendor experiences a documented emergency and is unable to attend, the vendor must notify Culture Atlanta in writing before the event start date. Approved requests may receive a one-time credit toward a future Culture Atlanta event within the following calendar year. Credits are issued at the sole discretion of event management and are not guaranteed.
5. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
   Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, permits, licenses, and any equipment required for operation unless otherwise specified.
6. FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS
   All food and beverage vendors must comply with applicable local, county, and state health regulations and obtain any required permits, inspections, and approvals. Vendors are solely responsible for compliance.
7. SETUP & BREAKDOWN
   Vendors must complete setup during designated load-in times and may not begin breakdown before the official close of the event unless approved by event management.
8. LIABILITY
   Culture Atlanta, its partners, sponsors, staff, volunteers, venue operators, and affiliates shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from vendor participation. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their property and obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.
9. EVENT OPERATIONS
   Culture Atlanta reserves the right to make changes to vendor placement, event schedules, operating procedures, security requirements, and event logistics as necessary.
10. AGREEMENT
    Submission of an application and payment constitutes acceptance of all vendor terms, conditions, policies, and event rules established by Culture Atlanta.
