Get ready for a frightfully fun weekend! Goin’ Social Events invites snack and drink vendors to be part of the Jack O’Lantern Jamboree, a two-day, family-friendly Halloween festival filled with fall-themed activities, trick-or-treating, live music, characters, and community fun.

Vendor Details:

  • Event Dates & Times:

    • Saturday, October 24: 12 PM – 8 PM

    • Saturday, October 25: 12 PM – 7 PM

  • Set-Up: Begins a minimum of 2 hours before event start time. MUST be fully set up by 15 minutes prior to event time each day.Ā 

  • Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA

  • Vendor Type: Snack/DrinkĀ Vendors

Ideal Vendors Include:

  • Pre-packaged snacks, treats, candy, cookies, muffins, funnel cakes, deep fried desserts, and more

  • Non alcoholic beverages, lemonade, dirty sodas, and more!

  • All other vendors must use an alternative application.Ā

  • No food trucks or full meal services are permitted.

  • All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and setup.

  • Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed – please inquire if needed.

  • Costumes and themed displays are highly encouraged to match the festive atmosphere!

  • ALL FULL SCALE BUSINESSES MUST SPONSOR THE EVENT.Ā

JACK O’LANTERN JAMBOREE 2026
VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNIFICATION, AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, Georgia
Hosted By: Goin’ Social Events (ā€œOrganizerā€)

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between Goin’ Social Events and the approved vendor (ā€œVendorā€). By applying, accepting placement, submitting payment, or participating in the Jack O’Lantern Jamboree 2026, Vendor expressly agrees to be bound by all terms herein.

1. NATURE OF AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
Vendor acknowledges that participation in a large-scale public festival involves inherent risks, and that this Agreement is intended to allocate responsibility and limit liability to the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law.

Vendor’s participation constitutes full acceptance of all terms, conditions, waivers, releases, and indemnities contained herein.

2. APPROVED VENDOR CATEGORIES AND ACCEPTED GOODS
2.1 The following categories are approved for participation, subject to Organizer discretion and final approval:

General merchandise and retail goods
Handcrafted and artisan items
Candles, soaps, and home goods
Print materials (art prints, books, stationery, etc.)
Woodworking and carpentry goods
Themed merchandise and seasonal dƩcor
Pre-packaged snacks and non-perishable food items
Packaged beverages (non-alcoholic only)
2.2 All goods must be legal, safe for public sale, and appropriate for a family-oriented festival environment.

2.3 Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Illegal or counterfeit goods
Weapons or weapon accessories
Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or controlled substances
Adult-oriented, obscene, or sexually explicit materials
Hazardous, flammable, or unsafe materials
Food requiring on-site hot preparation or full commercial kitchen operations (unless expressly approved in writing)
2.4 Organizer reserves sole discretion to determine appropriateness of any product and may require removal of any item without liability or refund.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (INCLUDING BODILY HARM)
Vendor acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Slips, trips, falls, or collisions
Crowd-related incidents, congestion, or stampedes
Weather-related hazards including wind, rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures
Electrical exposure or equipment malfunction
Use of tents, canopies, weights, and vendor equipment
Interaction with attendees, guests, volunteers, staff, or other vendors
Vehicle movement during load-in/load-out
Food handling, product handling, and customer interaction
Fire hazards, candle use, or display materials (if applicable)
Any foreseeable or unforeseeable condition inherent in public events
Vendor expressly acknowledges risks of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to:

Cuts, burns, bruises, fractures, sprains, or concussions
Permanent disability
Emotional distress
Exposure to illness or communicable disease
Death
Vendor agrees that participation is voluntary and assumes all such risks in full.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND ECONOMIC LOSS)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, VENDOR HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE:

Goin’ Social Events
The Mill on Etowah
Property owners and managers
Sponsors
Contractors
Volunteers
Security personnel
Employees, agents, and representatives
Event partners and affiliates
(collectively, the ā€œReleased Partiesā€)

from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of or related to:

(a) Bodily Injury or Death
Including but not limited to physical injury, disability, illness, emotional distress, or death, whether caused by negligence, premises conditions, third-party acts, or otherwise.

(b) Property Damage or Loss
Including but not limited to:

Vendor goods, inventory, or merchandise
Booth equipment, tents, signage, displays
Personal property or vehicles
Theft, vandalism, loss, fire, weather damage, or destruction
Damage caused by attendees, vendors, staff, or unknown third parties
(c) Economic Loss
Including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of sales, reputational harm, or consequential damages.

Vendor acknowledges that all participation is at Vendor’s sole risk.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

Vendor’s participation in the event
Vendor’s products, goods, or representations
Injury or death to any person caused by Vendor or Vendor’s goods
Damage to property caused by Vendor, Vendor staff, or Vendor equipment
Violation of law, regulation, or venue policy
Breach of this Agreement
Acts or omissions of Vendor, employees, agents, or representatives
This indemnification obligation survives termination or expiration of this Agreement.

6. BOOTH SETUP, SAFETY, AND EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Vendor is solely responsible for all booth materials, including but not limited to:

Tents and weights
Tables and displays
Electrical equipment
Extension cords and lighting
Merchandise storage and security
Vendor assumes full responsibility for ensuring all equipment is safely installed and properly secured against wind, weather, or crowd interaction.

Organizer shall not be liable for damage caused by inadequate setup, failure to secure equipment, or improper installation.

7. DAMAGE TO GOODS AND THEFT DISCLAIMER
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Organizer is not responsible for:

Loss or theft of goods, inventory, or cash
Damage to merchandise due to weather, crowd activity, or environmental conditions
Damage caused by other vendors, attendees, or third parties
Breakage, malfunction, or deterioration of vendor products
Vendor assumes full responsibility for safeguarding all goods and assets at all times.

8. BOOTH FEES, PAYMENT, AND NON-REFUNDABILITY
All vendor fees:

Are due upon acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing
Are strictly non-refundable
Will not be refunded for weather, attendance levels, vendor performance, or early departure
May only be refunded if Organizer cancels the entire event
Failure to pay may result in immediate removal from participation.

9. CONDUCT AND EVENT CONTROL
Vendor agrees to maintain professional conduct at all times.

Organizer reserves the right to immediately remove any Vendor for:

Unsafe behavior
Noncompliance with rules
Harassment or disruptive conduct
Unauthorized sales or misrepresentation
Any behavior deemed detrimental to the event
Removal shall occur without refund or compensation.

10. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE
This event is held rain or shine.

Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification due to weather, natural disasters, government action, emergencies, or any force majeure event.

11. MEDIA RELEASE
Vendor grants Organizer the perpetual right to use Vendor’s name, business name, images, logos, products, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

12. SMOKING AND VENUE COMPLIANCE
Smoking and vaping are prohibited outside designated parking lot areas, subject to venue rules and applicable law.

Vendor agrees not to engage in any conduct that jeopardizes permits, licenses, or compliance for Goin’ Social Events or The Mill on Etowah.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or agreements.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By applying, paying, or participating as a Vendor, Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms herein, including full assumption of risk, waiver of liability, and indemnification obligations.

10x10 Space (Single Booth) | BOTH DAYS $375.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable The listed vendor fee reflects a standard 10’ x 10’ booth space. Each vendor space includes a designated footprint only. Vendors are responsible for providing all setup materials, including tents, tables, weights, displays, signage, and any additional equipment needed to operate within their assigned space. No additional space is guaranteed unless explicitly approved in advance by Goin’ Social Events and may be subject to additional fees and availability.
10x20 Tent Space (Double Booth) | BOTH DAYS $550.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable The listed vendor fee reflects a standard 10’ x 20’ booth space, designed to accommodate either a double-wide tent setup or a vendor trailer. Each space includes a designated footprint only. Vendors are responsible for providing all setup materials, including tents (if applicable), tables, weights, signage, displays, and any additional equipment required for their activation. No additional space is guaranteed unless pre-approved in writing by Goin’ Social Events and may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Triple Booth (10’ x 30’) – Both Days $675.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This option includes a 10’ x 30’ expanded booth space, designed for larger vendor setups requiring additional room for displays, inventory, or trailer-based operations. This booth package is valid for both event days: Saturday, October 24, 2026 Sunday, October 25, 2026 Each vendor is responsible for providing all setup materials, including tents, trailers, tables, weights, signage, and display equipment required to operate within the assigned footprint. Space is limited and subject to approval and availability by Goin’ Social Events. No additional space beyond the assigned footprint will be permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
Rent-A-Tent (plain white 10x10 tent - Includes booth space) | BOTH DAYS $550.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable A limited number of 10’ x 10’ Rent-A-Tent packages are available for vendors who require a pre-installed setup. This option includes: One (1) standard plain white 10’ x 10’ tent One (1) designated 10’ x 10’ booth space Vendors selecting this option will not be required to provide their own tent structure. However, all vendors remain responsible for their own tables, weights, signage, displays, and booth setup materials. Availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise determined by Goin’ Social Events.
