About the application
our next brooklyn event is on sunday, 7/19! we're hosting 20-30 vendors at 1 Ingraham St, Brooklyn NY 11206. the venue is ground floor, and full assistance with load in can be provided upon request from our staff.
we will be providing three hours for set up and two hours for load out; the event will run from 1-6pm. there is limited free street parking on Johnson Ave/Bogart St as well as a parking garage nearby with reasonable rates. please note: there is currently NO A/C in the event space. there are ample fans provided by the venue to circle air, and we keep the door propped open all day!
we are looking for y2k/vintage clothing vendors, streetwear, jewelry, permanent jewelry, accessories, handmade and upcycled, crochet/knit, 1of1s, tooth gem artists as well as food, snacks and drinks! 4/20 and alcohol friendly! returning vendors will get priority but we will be accepting most applications first come first serve.
we have 2 options available for vendor spots:
an 8 x 8 spot is $150 (there is a limit of 3 structures or 2 racks and a table/pile - racks/tables are interchangeable as structures)
an indoor 6' table spot is $120. this is space for one 6' table or rack (vendors who use more than one structure will be charged the rate of a 8 x 8 moving forward)
PLEASE NOTE: if you are splitting a booth, please include all names/quantity of vendors sharing your booth
submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. we cannot take specific spot requests, and spot priority will be given to vendors who are consistently on time with payment and set up.

by completing this application, you agree to pay for your spot upon submission, and understand you will lose your spot in application line if payment is declined for more than 24 hours
please note, vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. we are not responsible for finding coverage for your booth in the event you cannot make it, and there are no credits available for any kind of cancellations.
harassment/speaking inappropriately to our staff will not be tolerated and we have the right to remove you from the event, as well as keep your full vendor fee.
brooklyn bound vintage is a community safe space for many people. we have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, racism, transphobia or bigotry. as well as stealing from small businesses. if you see something please let us know!
we reserve the right to revoke your acceptance (while unpaid), move or transfer your spot (including switching spots), or deny load in (if arriving late) at any time.
brooklyn bound vintage market is not responsible for finding a replacement vendor in the case that you cannot attend the market/choose to no longer come
if you are not present at 12pm, your vendor spot is forfeited and you will not be allowed in to set up. we will not refund your fee in this case. there are no exceptions to this rule.
