Activity Vendor Application-Yule

This application is for Activity Vending only. An activity is defined as including something interactive that the patron can do.  You can still sell some products but the activity must be prominent.

This will be a holiday themed event.  We would like vendors to decorate their booths to reflect the festive occasion.  Vendors will be allowed to close on Sat at dark 5pm.  The event will still be open so if you want to stay open with lighting you may.  Or close up your space with side walls or rope.

You will be given 2 Vendor Weekend Passes per 10x10 space. ou must be able to attend both days of the weekend. 

It is the vendors responsibility to upload a media kit with this application or send it by email in order to be featured in a post.  email:  info@thevikingexperiencenc.com

Vendors can set up on Friday (10am-9pm) or Saturday, check-in by 8:30 am, and be packed up by Monday morning. You should bring your own tents, tables, and chairs. There will be a one way road at the gate to enter which is U shaped.  You can drive in close to your space and pull off the side of the road while you unload.  Do not block the center load in road. Then pull out to the staff parking when you are done.  Please note, your vending tent, including ropes, must fit inside the space you purchase.  

Every vendor must adhere to the instructions sent out in the Participants' Guide before the event. Failure to do so may result in the vendor not being invited back. TVE is not responsible for any loss, damages, or injury during this event.  We do have event security.
