Important Dates to Remember
July 4, 2026 – Performer applications open.
September 15, 2026 (11:00 p.m.) – Application deadline. The application portal will close, and late submissions will not be accepted.
September 30, 2026 – Curatorial review is completed, and selected music and dance performers will be notified via email.
October 10, 2026 – Deadline for all required performer paperwork and documentation.
By October 15, 2026 – Performance schedules and event details will be distributed to all confirmed performers.
Zoom Meeting will be announced promptly all the initial process is compelted.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, I agree that FusionFest has the right to use the content I submit (including photos, videos, and a short bio) for promotional purposes related to the festival and its events. I understand that this is an Intent to Participate and that I will be contacted if selected for the next phase.
LIABILITY AND PHOTO RELEASE
I (or my child/ren) am voluntarily participating in the program, class, or event mentioned above. In exchange for the opportunity to participate, I willingly waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Orange County and FusionFest, Inc., as well as their officers and employees, from any liabilities, claims, damages, injuries, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, related to personal injury, death, or property damage, that may arise from or in connection with participation in this program, class, or event.
If I am registering for my minor child/ren, I consent to emergency treatment and transportation for any condition that may arise during, from, or in connection with their participation in this program, class, or event. I understand that I am responsible for the payment of all associated costs for such emergency treatment or transportation.
Additionally, I grant permission to Orange County and FusionFest, Inc. to use any photographs taken by the County or FusionFest, Inc., its officers, employees, or agents, of either myself or my child/ren during participation in this program, class, or event. I acknowledge that such photographs are the property of Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. and I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs.
I agree to comply with all County, State, and federal ordinances, rules, and regulations, and I understand that Orange County and FusionFest, Inc. reserve the right to change fees and requirements as necessary. This release remains in effect until canceled in writing.
Notice to the minor child's natural guardian: Please read this form carefully. By signing, you agree that, even though Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. will take reasonable care in providing this activity, there is a risk that your child may suffer serious injury or death due to inherent dangers in the activity that cannot be avoided or eliminated. By signing, you waive your and your child’s right to recover damages through a lawsuit against Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. for any personal injury, including death, or property damage resulting from these risks.
You have the right to refuse to sign this form. However, if you do not sign, Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. may refuse your child’s participation in the activity.

- Which days are you available to perform? Stage performaces are between 10am -7pm. Check all that apply! (We will make every effort to schedule your performance on your preferred day. However, depending on the number of performer applications and programming needs, some flexibility may be required. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to help us create the best possible festival experience for everyone).
- If selected, your stipend will be paid via direct deposit. Please provide the name of the individual or organization to whom the payment should be made.
- I agree that this is a festival and my performance will be 15 minutes at the most - shorter is better.
- By submitting my application, I acknowledge that if I am accepted to perform, I will submit all requested information. Failure to submit supplemental information may disqualify me from performing.
- I understand that I am conditionally approved until the entertainment agreement is signed within 3 days. No exceptions will be made, and failure to sign the agreement within the timeframe will result in my application being rejected.
- I understand that I am conditionally approved until I submit my ACH information for direct deposit and a completed W9 form. Both must be submitted within 3 days of approval, or my application will be rejected. No exceptions will be made.
- I understand that the application portal will close on September 15, 2026, at 11:00 p.m. All applications must be submitted before the deadline. Once the portal closes, late applications cannot be accepted, and no exceptions will be made.
