About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating in Jeeps Takeover Townsend! Please note that to be considered as a retail vendor for this event, at least 25% of your retail items for sale must be Jeep-related.
*If you plan to park a vehicle in your booth space, it must fit in the booth dimensions you have reserved.
*All vendors must have their booths open all 3 days of the event.
NEW! Add the Vendor Option Upgrade to your vendor registration: Select a booth space, then add the “vendor option upgrade” for additional benefits. Each include priority booth placement, electric hook up & more.
The Event Committee will review all vendor applications and notify the selected parties by June 30, 2026. Payment will be charged on June 30, 2026. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the Jeeps Takeover Townsend Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in Jeeps Takeover Townsend except where such damages or injuries resulting from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
I have read and agree to all the regulations stated above and in consideration of participating in Jeeps Takeover Townsend agree to be contractually bound to the same.

| NON-PROFIT ONLY - 10' wide x 10' deep - tent included | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Nonprofit organizations who are selling items may reserve a 10’ x 10’ space for $150 or provide volunteers for the event and get a FREE booth. Email cadescovejeep@gmail.com to register your nonprofit group volunteers. Proof of nonprofit status is required upon registration. |
