Exhibitor Application – Margaret Farmers Market (Non-Food Vendors Only)

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Margaret Farmers Market, a weekly Sunday market at Margaret Pace Park in Miami. This application is for non-food exhibitors and vendors only who want to showcase and sell their products in a curated, waterfront community market.

The market takes place every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and features a mix of art and handmade goods, clothing and accessories, wellness brands, home products, pet-focused products, beauty items, gifts, and other lifestyle vendors. All exhibitor spaces are 10x10 booths located on the grass with views of Biscayne Bay.

Please complete this form with accurate information about your business, product category, and setup needs, and upload the required documentation, including a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This application is not for food or beverage vendors. If you sell food, drinks, baked goods, or any edible products, you must apply through the food vendor application and provide the required DBPR and Food Handler documentation.

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Our team reviews each submission to maintain a balanced vendor mix and overall guest experience. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your Sunday date(s), booth fee details, and setup instructions.

Margaret Farmers Market is a weekly Sunday outdoor market at beautiful Margaret Pace Park in Miami, bringing together local food, art, and community by the bay. Every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the park fills with 50+ vendors offering hot food, fresh baked goods, healthy snacks, artisanal products, fashion, wellness brands, and pet-friendly items.Guests can stroll under the palm trees, enjoy live music, discover new local businesses, grab great and healthy food, and relax with waterfront views of Biscayne Bay. This is a family-friendly, dog-friendly* neighborhood market designed for Miami residents and visitors who want to support small businesses and spend their Sunday in a vibrant, coastal setting.Admission is free, and vendors change regularly, so there’s always something new to discover each week.

Terms & Conditions

Event Terms & Conditions – Exhibitors / Non-Food Vendors
By applying to and participating in East Coast Marketplace – Margaret Farmers Market (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Dates & Hours
The market operates every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Margaret Pace Park in Miami, Florida. Exhibitors must be fully set up and ready to operate by opening time and must remain open for the full duration of the event unless specifically authorized otherwise by the organizer.

2. Eligible Exhibitors
This application is for non-food exhibitors and vendors only. Approved categories may include art, handmade goods, clothing, accessories, wellness products, home goods, pet products, beauty items, gifts, and other lifestyle brands approved by the organizer. Vendors selling food, beverages, baked goods, candy, or any edible products are not permitted under this application and must apply through the separate food vendor application.

3. Products & Display
Exhibitors may only display and sell the products approved in their application. Any changes or additions to product lines must be requested in advance and approved by the organizer. All display materials, merchandise, and signage must remain within the boundaries of the assigned booth space. Similar market applications commonly require display material to remain confined to the assigned vendor space.

4. Booth Space & Setup
All booth spaces are 10x10 only. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signage, and any other materials needed to operate. Tents must be properly weighted and secured for safety at all times. No part of the display may block aisles, walkways, access points, or neighboring booths.

5. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
All exhibitors are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) as part of the application or upon request by the organizer. Eventeny supports requiring document uploads in artist, vendor, and exhibitor applications, and required uploads can be configured directly in the form.

6. Setup, Breakdown & Attendance
Exhibitors must arrive during the designated load-in window and complete setup before the event opens. No early breakdown is permitted without prior approval from the organizer. At the end of the event, exhibitors must fully remove their booth setup, merchandise, packaging, and trash, and leave their area clean and in good condition.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Booth fees must be paid after approval according to the payment instructions and timeline provided by the organizer. Eventeny allows organizers to set exhibitor charges to be processed immediately after approval or manually after approval.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable, including in the case of cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Returning vendor rates, discounts, or special pricing are granted solely at the discretion of the organizer.

8. Conduct & Professionalism
Exhibitors must maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly environment at all times. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive selling behavior, excessive noise, or inappropriate conduct toward guests, staff, volunteers, or other vendors may result in removal from the event without refund and possible exclusion from future events.

9. Health & Safety
Exhibitors must keep their booth area safe, stable, and free from hazards, including loose cords, unstable racks, unsafe displays, or blocked walkways. Exhibitors must follow any instructions from the organizer, park staff, or public safety personnel related to crowd flow, weather, emergency procedures, and overall event safety.

10. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Exhibitors participate in the event at their own risk. The organizer, venue, property owners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal property, nor for injury or damage arising from participation in the event. Exhibitors agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizer and related parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Marketing & Media Release
By participating in the event, exhibitors grant East Coast Marketplace permission to photograph, film, and record their booth, products, branding, and participation, and to use those materials for social media, website, editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Booth Assignment & Space Management
Booth locations are assigned at the sole discretion of the organizer and may be adjusted as needed for event flow, category balance, safety, or operational needs. Exhibitors may not transfer, sublease, or share their space without prior written approval.

13. Acceptance & Enforcement
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any application in order to maintain a curated and balanced exhibitor mix. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or with on-site instructions may result in removal from the event and/or ineligibility for future participation.

By submitting this application and/or paying event fees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions for Margaret Farmers Market.
