Thank you for your interest in participating in The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

We are excited to provide nonprofits, schools, and community organizations with an opportunity to showcase products, services, resources, and community engagement initiatives during this exciting family-friendly celebration.

Vendor booths are designed to provide businesses, organizations, artisans, food vendors, and community partners with an opportunity to showcase products, services, resources, and information during The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

Each booth space is intended to create a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees while supporting community networking, cultural celebration, entrepreneurship, and local business exposure.

Vendor booth spaces may include:

Retail product sales
Community resources
Business promotions
Handmade crafts and merchandise
Health and wellness information
Educational materials
Family-friendly activities
Nonprofit outreach
Food and beverage services
Booths are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing setup throughout the event.

Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths, engage with attendees, distribute promotional materials, and create an interactive experience that reflects the spirit of community, culture, unity, and celebration.

About the event

This free community event brings together families from across Gwinnett County for a day focused on culture, unity, education, and celebration. The event will feature food trucks, vendors, a children’s play zone, bounce houses, entertainment, community recognition, hourly door prizes, and a special Father Recognition initiative that includes providing 100 swag bags for fathers in attendance.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, the Applicant/Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation in The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or vendor placement.
Vendor spaces are reserved only after approval and receipt of full payment.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.
Vendors must provide accurate business and contact information during registration.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance required by local, county, and state regulations.
Food vendors must comply with all Gwinnett County Health Department regulations and food safety guidelines.
Vendors must provide their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, and any additional equipment needed for operation.
Electricity is not guaranteed. Vendors requiring electricity must make prior arrangements and, if necessary, provide approved equipment.
Vendors agree to maintain a clean, professional, and safe vendor area throughout the event.
Vendors may not sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, explicit, offensive, alcoholic, tobacco, vape, or prohibited products.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to remove any vendor, display, product, or activity deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the event's mission without refund.
Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise, equipment, vehicles, money, and personal property.
The Family Gwinnett, South Gwinnett High School, Gwinnett County Public Schools, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, or damage.
Vendors agree to operate in a respectful and professional manner toward attendees, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and fellow vendors.
This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless The Family Gwinnett cancels the event.
Vendors grant permission for photographs and videos of their booth, products, staff, and participation to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
Vendors agree to follow all setup, operational, parking, and breakdown instructions provided by event organizers.
Vendors understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without refund and may impact participation in future events.
