About the application

The Pride Center of Terre Haute is excited to host the 2026 Terre Haute Pride Fest on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Fairbanks Park (1110 Girl Scout Lane) in Terre Haute, Indiana!

We are excited to feature a variety of vendors, including for-profit businesses, nonprofit organizations, artists, coalitions, and more. If your organization is interested in a vendor space for the Terre Haute Pride Fest, please fill out the form below. 


A table and two chairs will be provided for you. We request that you provide your own tent (this is a rain or shine event).

You will be responsible for bringing your organization's flyers, brochures, interactive displays/games, and anything else you want to provide or include.

If your business/organization would like to sell any products, we are requesting a donation of 20% of proceeds to the Pride Center of Terre Haute. This donation will directly support center operations, programs, and services!


Vendor check-in and set-up will occur from 10:00 AM- 11:30 AM on Saturday, October 3rd. We will have volunteers present to help you transport items from your vehicle to assigned booth space. Vendors must stay for the entirety of the event from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. 


Last year, we welcomed over 3,000 attendees at Pride Fest, so please come prepared!

** To be considered as a vendor for Pride Fest, this application must be completed by August 1, 2026 before noon! **

** The Pride Center of Terre Haute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to serve the LGBTQIAP2S+ community, questioning individuals, and allies in the Wabash Valley through the provision of supportive programs, services, resources, education, and advocacy within a safe community center space.

About the event

The Pride Center of Terre Haute's 5th Annual Terre Haute Pride Fest will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 12-6pm at Fairbanks Park! On behalf of the Pride Center of Terre Haute, we are so excited to have you join us for the 2026 Terre Haute Pride Fest! It will be an amazing day featuring vendors, entertainers, food vendors, activities for all ages, and time to celebrate LGBTQ+ history and joy.

Terms & Conditions

The Terre Haute Pride Fest is a welcoming environment free of bullying, harassment, intimidation, and victimization. The Pride Center of Terre Haute reserves the right to refuse applicants with policies, procedures, practices, or employees/staff members (past or present) causing LGBTQ+ persons in Terre Haute, Indiana or the surrounding areas to feel unsafe, unwelcome, or discriminated against.


Vendors understand that the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, government intervention, or any other cause that may prevent and alter and or interrupt the Terre Haute Pride Fest, and participants shall hold the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event.


  • All materials deemed offensive by the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. will not be permitted to be sold or displayed.
  • All vendors are expected to monitor themselves on all matters of conduct, attire, etc. This is a community event and minors will be present.
  • Vendors are responsible for paying all fees, and obtaining all permits required by any federal, state, or local governmental entity, including, but not limited to, the City of Terre Haute. The Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. is not responsible for the collection or submission of any such governmental fees.
  • Vendors shall not display, offer for review, or sell any illegal or contraband items. The laws of the State of Indiana and local ordinances of the City of Terre Haute shall control. Vendors shall not display, offer for review, or sell any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any or all sites and operations of the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc.
  • Vendors are required to set-up their booth by 11:30 AM and agree to not clean up until 6:00 PM. Vendors are permitted to stay until but no later than 7:00 PM for clean up. No organization may leave early without the permission of the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc.
  • Vendors are required to clean up the area provided by the Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. and the City of Terre Haute prior to departure. Failure to clean up your booth area will result in a $150.00 clean-up fee being charged to your organization or business.
  • Any organization that has previously broken terms and conditions of a Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. event, or who is a no-show at a Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. event without notice, may not be eligible for participation in all future Pride Center of Terre Haute Inc. events.

  • All vendors will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance. You can secure one through the online resource provided or upload a copy from your own insurance provider. Please note: The COI must list the Pride Center of Terre Haute and the City of Terre Haute Parks Department as additional insured.
  • Please review the attached Vendor Event Waiver (located to the right of the application under Related Files). Provide your digital signature to agree to the terms of the Vendor Event Waiver.
  • To help support Pride Fest, we are asking vendors to contribute a pay-what-you-can donation to help cover event costs and support future Pride activities. Every contribution matters, and we are so appreciative of any level of support! Our suggested donation amounts are listed below. Please let us know what is feasible for you, then submit donations on the next page.
