Free Play Florida November 18-20, 2022 Vendor Application
This year Free Play Florida is back and giving our visitors a passport to journey “Across the Gamerverse” through the past, present, and future of pinball, arcade, and home consoles. Step into different times and worlds filled with wonder, amazement, and pivotal moments in gaming history while creating memories for your critical role in the future of the Gamerverse! Please read all the content below as it will provide helpful information on how you can participate.
Vendor Requirements:
We are looking for vendors of all types, from pinball parts, to classic games, or collectibles, to showcase at Free Play Florida. We believe that our event will be a great opportunity for our vendors to sell to a dynamic community of retro gaming enthusiasts and hobbyists. Sorry no food/drink/candy vendors at this time.
Vendor Space Information:
(One) Table - 6 foot, with linens (Additional tables available for purchase)
(Two) Chairs
(Two) 3-Day Passes to Free Play Florida
Internet Connection - is an additional optional charge and not required
Pricing:
First table $100.00, Each additional table is $50.00.
Internet is $30 for wireless.
Payment:
Payment is due within 30 days of your acceptance.
Cancellation/No Show:
Any cancellations need to be submitted in advance. Vendors who decide to “no show” without notifying Free Play Florida will not be eligible to participate at future events.
Hours of operation:
Vendor tables are expected to remain open for business throughout all three days of the event, during all posted operating hours. Delayed openings and premature closings are considered unacceptable without prior notification to and approval from Free Play Florida organizers.

Vendor Setup:
The show hall will be open for vendor setup Friday, November 18th, 2022 starting at 10 AM. All vendors must check-in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. The show hall will officially open at 4:00pm on Friday to ticket holders. Our team asks that each vendor is setup and ready for ticket holders no later than 3:30pm. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.
Other Information:
Restrooms are available in the ballroom lobby just outside the show floor. During select hours the venue will have food available for purchase in the ballroom lobby. Sit down dining and a quick service eatery are also available in the main lobby of the hotel. Parking for day guests is set by the venue at $15 per day, with no reentry. If you’ve booked a room at the resort it is included in your stay.
Jury Process:
Free Play Florida will be utilizing a Jury Process this year to assist in curating our participant vendors. We are looking to offer our attendees a variety of different items and services with a focus on gaming and pop culture. Notifications will go out to vendor applicants periodically leading up to the event. Since Free Play Florida is primarily a gaming event, we are only able to offer a limited amount of vendor spaces. Any vendor not selected may be placed on the waitlist should a space become available.

I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions of participating in Free Play Florida event hosted by Byte Amusement Group and release and hold harmless Byte Amusement Group from all claims, or action, which may hereafter occur by reason of any damage, loss or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequences of being allowed to participate in Free Play Florida event. I also give Byte Amusement Group the right to use any photographs submitted by me or acquired from the internet for the purpose of advertising, web use and promotion of the show.Thank you for your interest in participating at Free Play Florida.
