About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Wine Garden Holiday Market, hosted by Bloom Carneros in partnership with Kivelstadt Cellars!
Our Third Annual Holiday Market is a festive, family-friendly outdoor event celebrating local makers, artists, specialty foods, and small businesses during Small Business Saturday Weekend.
Event Dates:
Saturday, November 28th & Sunday, November 29th, 2026
10 AM to 4 PM
We are looking for thoughtful, high-quality vendors offering handmade goods, holiday gifts, art, ceramics, jewelry, florals, specialty foods, home goods, wellness products, and other unique items that align with the spirit of the event.
This is a curated market, and applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced vendor mix and overall guest experience.
Vendor Information:
• Outdoor event, rain or shine
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup materials unless otherwise discussed
• We will provide tents and will have tables w/ tableclothes available for rent (limited availability)
• Setup and breakdown details will be shared upon acceptance
• Limited vendor space available
• Preference may be given to local and handmade businesses

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market
• Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and paid
• Vendors are responsible for all setup, teardown, tables, tents, displays, and operational needs unless otherwise approved
• Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations
• No illegal, offensive, or counterfeit goods permitted
• Event organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke participation at any time
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional booth space throughout the event
• Event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise announced by organizers
• Accepted vendors will receive additional event details, load-in instructions, and timelines closer to the event date
