Thank you for your interest in participating in GVL Fit Fest — Greenville’s ultimate fitness and music festival hosted at Fluor Field. This high-energy, one-day event brings together fitness, wellness, music, food, and lifestyle brands for an unforgettable festival experience.

GVL Fit Fest is now accepting applications for Race & Recovery Activation Vendors inside The Front Porch at Fluor Field — the official post-race recovery zone for 5K runners and Community Ride participants.

This high-traffic activation space gives brands direct access to Greenville’s running and cycling community through recovery-focused experiences, product sampling, and wellness engagement.

Ideal For:

• Hydration & electrolyte brands
• Recovery drinks, supplements, and wellness foods
• Stretching, mobility, massage, and cryotherapy services
• Recovery technology and biohacking brands
• Running, cycling, and performance lifestyle companies
• Interactive wellness and sampling activations

All vendors must provide a product, service, sampling opportunity, or interactive recovery experience for attendees.

Space is limited and applications will be reviewed based on brand fit and event alignment.
