About the application
Vendors will be located on Joe Wheatley Circle around the Conrad Hilton Center, along with in other areas in downtown Cisco, TX.
- Booth spaces are 10' x 10'.
- Vendors are assigned spaces on a first come/first serve basis.
- Vendors will need to provide their own canopy/tent, tables, and chairs.
- Electricity (110, one plug) will be available in certain spaces for an additional fee. You will need to provide your own cord.
- Overnight security for the booth area will be the vendor's responsibilty.
- If you have a trailer that you sell your products from, please let us know dimensions.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The Cisco TX Pie Fest will be held in downtown Cisco, TX on October 16-17, 2026. Vendors do not have to operate during the Friday (October 16th) event, but must operate on Saturday, October 17th until 5:00 p.m.
Friday, October 16th: Vendors who want to operate during the Friday night event must set up between 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., while the streets are open. Please unload your vehicle, then move it outside the festival grounds. At 4:00 p.m., the street around the Conrad Hilton will be blocked until the event is over for the night. No vehicles will be permitted in or out of the area until after 7:30pm. The Chicken Pot Pie Dinner and live music will run from 5:00 to around 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 17th: Vendors need to set up between 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. Please unload your vehicle, then move it outside the festival grounds. At 9:00 a.m., the street around the Conrad Hilton Center will be blocked until event is over. No vehicles will be permitted in or out of the area until after 5:00 p.m. The festival will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: Parking can be found along Conrad Hilton Blvd, behind Prosperity Bank, down the side streets, by Legacy Park, and there is a parking lot on East 7th.
