About the application
Welcome to the 2026 Legacy Cup OCM Licensed Vendor Application. Once inside the application and you can start, pause and save your application as you gather all the information needed to submit it.
***VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ***
Per Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management - only licensed cannabis retailer, licensed microbusiness with a retailer endorsement, licensed mezzobusiness with a retailer endorsement, licensed medical cannabis combination business, licensed lower-potency hemp edible (LPHE) retailer, compacted Tribal enterprise, or a cannabis business licensed by a compacted Tribal regulatory agency are permitted to sell and or sample lower-potency hemp edibles and or hemp-derived consumer products at their vendor booths.
No vendor (regadless of license status) may sell cannabis at their vendor booths, but can submit products to the retail dispensaries for sale at the event by choosing the "Licensed Product" Add-On (limited amount) or explore sponsor opportunities that include the ability to have an on-site dispensary.
Per Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management - only licensed cannabis retailer, licensed microbusiness with a retailer endorsement, licensed mezzobusiness with a retailer endorsement, licensed medical cannabis combination business, compacted Tribal enterprise, or a cannabis business licensed by a compacted Tribal regulatory agency are permitted to sample adult-use cannabis flower and adult-use cannabis products.
NO FOOD SALES (lower-potency hemp edibles are not considered food in Minnesota).

Terms & Conditions
The vendor registration steps are:
- Submit your application.
- Legacy Cup team reviews your application and communicates any questions or needs to complete the registration.
- You will receive an official group messages via Eventeny that your application has been approved. Please set your Eventeny settings to receive notifications by email if you want to receive messages by email.
- Your payment is processed at the time of approval by card. Split payments can be made by contacting us via Eventeny messaging.

- Write a short paragraph about your business.
- I currently hold one of the following OCM Cannabis or Hemp license types.
- Please list official license Business Name, Active Cannabis or Hemp License Number, License Contact Name & Contact Email
- Type the list of product names for the licensed product you will be selling and/or sampling.
- I understand that I need to provide an updated list of product names and COA of any licensed product that you will be selling or sampling by 9/19.
- Provide your plan to for securing your licensed product in a way that they are not accessible to customers.
- Provide a list of non-licensed products your business will be selling.
- I understand that no tables, chair or tents will be provided.
- I understand that my pop-up tent needs 65 lb weights (or more) on each leg.
- I understand that setup will be Friday, September 25 during the day.
- I understand that per Minnesota law no illegal items may be sold or gifted.
- I understand that my booth must remain staffed and open until the end of the festival. If it is not, you will be charged a $350 early exit fee.
- I understand that there will be no food sales allowed at the event.
- I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up my booth and the area under my booth. If my booth is not left clean, I will be charged a $350 clean up fee.
- I understand that I will not have any power available unless I select the paid Add-On.
- I understand that the best way to communicate to the Legacy Cup team is through email - vendors@legacycupmn.com
- I understand that my payment will be deducted from my card on file once my application has been accepted.
- I have downloaded and read the entire Packaging and Labeling Guide for Cannabis and Lower-Potency Hemp Edible Products
- Upload your filled out and signed ST-19 form
- Upload your Worker's Compensation Document
- Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Upload your signed Legacy Cup 2026 contract
- Is your business woman or partially woman owned or run?
- I understand that I can not sell adult-use cannabis products at my vendor booth but I am allowed an add-on option ($1,000) where I can assist customers to order our products through a kiosk placed at our booth (to be sent to onsite dispensary for payment and pickup)*
- I understand that per Office of Cannabis Management no cannabis/ cannabis products may be gifted by a business (reach out to our team to learn how to sample cannabis products at Legacy Cup)
