Thank you for your interest in participating in GVL Fit Fest — Greenville’s ultimate fitness and music festival hosted at Fluor Field. This high-energy, one-day event brings together fitness, wellness, music, food, and lifestyle brands for an unforgettable festival experience.

 

Located under the covered concourse and along the warning track at Fluor Field, the vendor marketplace features a curated mix of wellness brands, fitness studios, local businesses, and lifestyle services. Vendors will showcase product demos, giveaways, retail offerings, and interactive experiences throughout the day.

 

This is a unique opportunity to connect directly with health-conscious attendees and showcase your brand to one of the Upstate’s most engaged festival crowds.

About the event

GVL Fit Fest is a fitness and wellness festival happening October 3rd from 7 AM–3 PM at Fluor Field, home of the Greenville Drive.Enjoy live music, DJs, wellness vendors, a 5K, a community bike ride, and exclusive VIP upgrades and activations. Experience the best of wellness in Greenville—all in support of GVL Fit Fest 501(c)(3), a nonprofit dedicated to making community wellness, group fitness, and healthy living accessible for all.

Terms & Conditions

GVL Fit Fest Wellness & Business Vendor Requirements

Location: Covered Concourse Area at Fluor Field

Booth Type: 10x10 Tent or Table Setup ( Tents allowed only on running track) 

Application & Approval

  • All vendors must submit a completed application and be approved by the GVL Fit Fest team.

  • Your vendor payment is collected upon approval. 

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Booth Space & Setup

  • Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space under the covered concourse.

  • Vendors must provide their own:

    • Tent (if preferred within space)

    • Table(s), chairs, and signage

    • Extension cords (if electricity is approved in advance)

  • Setup must be completed 1 hour before festival open.

  • Booths must remain operational during all event hours.

  • Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their area after the event.

Power & Internet

  • Power is avaiable in the concoruse, but is limited on the warning track. If you require power please let us know. 

  • Wi-Fi is not guaranteed — bring a hotspot if internet access is needed.

Product & Service Guidelines

  • Only pre-approved products and services may be displayed or sold.

  • No food or beverage sales unless previously approved.

  • Promotional materials must remain within your booth footprint.

Marketing Expectations

  • Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation leading up to the event via social media.

  • GVL Fit Fest may use vendor logos or photos in festival marketing.

  • GVL Fit Fest and Fluor Field are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
