Food Vendors - Power Armor Festival
About the application
Thank you for your interest in the Power Armor Festival, hosted in Point Pleasant, West Virginia on April 24th - 25th, 2027. For one weekend, we are taking over downtown Point Pleasant and transforming it into the wasteland, and we want your help! Your food booth will help keep our hungry wastelanders fed, and also lend to immersion! Here is a review of what we are looking for. Submitting an application to this event does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance emails will begin in mid 2026. When accepted, approved vendors will be charged their fee.
-Immersive wasteland-ready vendor booth that looks suitable for a post-apocalyptic setting. Immersive booths will be given priority for acceptance over non-immersive booths. At the time of application, booths do not need to be on theme; however, at setup, accepted booths must be on theme or will not be permitted to set up if not on theme.
-Wasteland-inspired menu. Immersive menus will be given priority for acceptance over non-immersive menus.
-Must be legal to operate your food truck in the state of West Virginia with all required certificates and permits for safe food handling. All permits and certifications must be valid at the time of the festival and on-site for inspection.
-Accepted vendors will require a permit from the city of Point Pleasant, WV to operate for the festival.
-Vendors are responsible for collecting any and all legally required sales taxes and remitting them.
-Vendors will be required to set up on time, and late arrivals will not be honored unless pre-approved.
-Accepted Vendors have until Dec 31, 2026, to cancel their booth application with a full refund.
-Accepted vendors will need to provide their own electrical and waste removal.
-Accepted vendors who offer caps to guests will be featured as a destination in our guide for cap collectors.
-Vendors are responsible for their overnight security.
-Food vendors agree to observe and practice all food safety laws and safely handle food.
This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices
| Food Vendor Space - 12 x 12 | $175.00 | Non-refundable | A single 12 by 12 space in downtown Point Pleasant, in the heart of the festival. -Food spot will be on cement, please bring suitable tent weights. -Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown on time. -Vendors are encouraged to offer bottle caps to guests to collect. -Must have on-site all legally required certificates for food handling. -Vendors are responsible for their own electrical and waste disposal. -Accepted vendors may cancel for a full refund by Dec 31st, 2026. -Questions? - I understand that this is a themed event, and agree that my booth will be on theme with menu and aesthetic look. I understand that if my booth is accepted and my booth is not on theme at setup, I will not be allowed to operate and my booth fee will be forfit.
- Please describe your menu. On theme menus are given priority.
- How would you categorize your menu?
- Will you have bottle caps for customers to collect? This is NOT required, but booths with caps will be promoted in our bottle cap guide. We can refer approved vendors as to where to get their promotional bottle caps made if desired.
- I agree to have all legally required state and city permits to operate a food truck, and have them on file at the festival. I understand these permits must be current and valid to operate by law. If I do not have valid legal food truck permits at the time of the festival, I will not be allowed to operate and will forfit my vendor fee.
