About the application
Evening of the Arts is looking for small business vendors who specialize in clothing, home décor, jewelry, soap, candles, digital art, sculptures, paintings, art prints, photos, hand-made items, and embroidery. This application is open to businesses offering original, handmade items like fine art, decorative pieces, and artisanal products. Small business owners providing goods and services on the event day, such as candle makers or custom clothing creators, essential oils, charm bracelets, and painting crafts, are also invited.
***This application does not apply to individuals who work for large companies that provide services such as insurance, gutter cleaning services, lessons/tutoring, etc.
Evening of the Arts is one of three major events for the City of Lawrenceville, hosted at the Lawrenceville Arts Center. This event is from 3 PM to 9 PM. However, vendor check-in is from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public by 2:45 PM. Application approvals for this event will take place throughout June and July. Additional load-in information will be emailed on the Monday before the event.
- Evening of the Arts features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event. Please note that we limit competing products at our events.

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/
Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.) We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.
Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee, your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.
Electricity will not be provided for this event.
The City of Lawrenceville's events are always full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event, you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not be able to adjust your placement during the event.
The event Coordinators decide on vendor placement before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event, but they should receive a general event map to give them an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come, First-Served Basis.
