About the application

Welcome to the 3rd annual Children's Veg Fest! Are you interested in sponsoring or vending at this year's event?  Presented by Craigslist Charitable Fund. In partnership with the Y of Central Maryland - Weinberg location in Waverly (Baltimore, MD).

 

Please review our application selections and let us know if you have any questions.  This is an electronic agreement. By selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Children’s Veg Fest is a vibrant, family friendly celebration created to introduce children and their families to the joy of healthy, plant based living. This uplifting community event brings together food, fun, and education in a way that feels exciting and accessible. Guests can enjoy delicious vegan food, interactive cooking demos, hands on activities for kids, live music, and wellness experiences like yoga and mindfulness. Local chefs, educators, and community leaders come together to share practical tools that support healthier lifestyles, emotional well being, and environmental awareness. At its heart, Children’s Veg Fest is about planting seeds. It encourages young people to explore new foods, build confidence in their choices, and understand how what they eat impacts their bodies, their communities, and the planet. Whether you are vegan, veg curious, or simply looking for a fun and meaningful day with your family, this event offers something for everyone.

Terms & Conditions

This outdoor event is rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable.  Youth vendor booth spaces are complimentary and limited.  Youth ages 10-24 must manage their space for a minimum of 3 hours to qualify.  Adult supervision is required for youth under the age of 18.

 

This is a vegan/plant-based event. All products must be free of meat, dairy, eggs, honey, or any animal by-product or ingredient (beeswax, bee pollen, gelatine, l-cystein, casein, whey, etc.).  Additionally, any sales of leather, suede, fur, feather, wool, animals, or animal-skin are prohibited.

Prices

Children's Booth (Must bring own table, chair, or tent) SOLD OUT Non-refundable 10x10 space. Must bring own table, chairs, and tent. This outdoor event is rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Youth vendor booth spaces are complimentary and limited. Youth ages 10-24 must manage their space for a minimum of 3 hours to qualify. Adult supervision is required for youth under the age of 18. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required. Vending food? A one-day Baltimore City Temporary Health Permit is required.
Non-Profit/Resource Booth (Must bring own table, chair, tent) $50.00 Non-refundable 10x10 space. Must bring own table, chairs, and tent. This outdoor event is rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required.
