About the application
Welcome to the 3rd annual Children's Veg Fest! Are you interested in sponsoring or vending at this year's event? Presented by Visit Maryland. In partnership with the Y of Central Maryland - Weinberg location in Waverly (Baltimore, MD).
Please review our application selections and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement. By selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This outdoor event is rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Youth vendor booth spaces are complimentary and limited. Youth ages 10-24 must manage their space for a minimum of 3 hours to qualify. Adult supervision is required for youth under the age of 18.
This is a vegan/plant-based event. All products must be free of meat, dairy, eggs, honey, or any animal by-product or ingredient (beeswax, bee pollen, gelatine, l-cystein, casein, whey, etc.). Additionally, any sales of leather, suede, fur, feather, wool, animals, or animal-skin are prohibited.
