Join us at The Union Horse Expo as a food vendor and serve a high-traffic, family-friendly equestrian audience made up of riders, horse owners, trainers, and rural lifestyle attendees.

This event offers a full day of shopping, clinics, demonstrations, and community engagement, creating strong visibility and consistent customer flow for food vendors throughout the day.

  Important Information
• Space is limited and assigned by event organizers
• Vendors must comply with all placement and setup instructions
• NO ELECTRICITY IS PROVIDED — ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN GENERATOR
• All setup, equipment, and operational needs are the responsibility of the vendor
• Vendors must comply with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

       Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed exclusively through Eventeny.
• Vendor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline.
• All fees are non-refundable in the event of vendor cancellations or no-shows.

      Weather & Event Changes

• The event will take place rain or shine when possible.
• In the event of unsafe conditions, organizers reserve the right to reschedule.
• If the event cannot be rescheduled, vendors will receive partial credit toward a future event within a 12 month cycle.

      Space & Setup

• Vendors must remain within their assigned space at all times.
• All setup materials are the responsibility of the vendor.
• NO ELECTRICITY IS PROVIDED — GENERATORS ARE REQUIRED IF POWER IS NEEDED.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe setup area.
• All tents and canopies must be properly secured with appropriate weights.
• Vendors are responsible for any damage, injury, or issues resulting from improper setup or unsecured equipment.

      Prohibited Items

• Hazardous or illegal items
• Firearms or restricted weapons
• Animal sales
• Unauthorized vehicles or trailers in vendor areas

     Liability

• Vendors participate at their own risk.
• The Union Horse Expo / Wildflower Collective Group is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage.
• Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, permits, insurance, and regulations.

     Media Release

• Vendors consent to photo and video use for promotional purposes by the event and affiliated brands.
• No compensation will be provided for media usage.

      Compliance

• Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal without refund.
• Continued participation in future events is contingent on compliance with all guidelines.
