Vendor Application

Join us as a vendor at The Union Horse Expo and be part of a vibrant equestrian marketplace experience built around horses, community, and small business.

This event brings together riders, horse owners, families, and rural lifestyle shoppers for a full day of clinics, demonstrations, shopping, and connection. We are looking for unique, high-quality vendors that align with our equestrian-focused audience.

 
Who Should Apply
We welcome:

• Private/personal tack sellers
• Equine-related businesses (tack, training tools, services, wellness, etc.)
• Handmade and artisan vendors
• Western, farm, and rural lifestyle brands
• Small businesses and independent creators
   
  Important Information
• Space is limited and curated for variety and balance
• Vendor locations are assigned by event organizers
• Vendors must provide all setup materials (tables, tents, signage, etc.)
• NO ELECTRICITY IS PROVIDED — VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN GENERATOR IF POWER IS NEEDED
• All vendors must comply with event rules, safety guidelines, and setup requirements

      Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed exclusively through Eventeny
• Vendor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline
• All fees are non-refundable for vendor cancellations or no-shows
   
  Weather & Event Changes
• Event is rain or shine when possible
• If unsafe conditions occur, organizers may reschedule
• If the event cannot be rescheduled, vendors will receive partial credit toward a future event within a 12 month cycle.
   
  Space & Setup
• Vendors must remain within assigned space
• All setup materials are vendor responsibility
• NO ELECTRICITY PROVIDED — GENERATORS ARE REQUIRED IF POWER IS NEEDED

• Vendors must maintain a safe, clean booth area. Weights are required if using a canopy and vendors are responsible for any damage caused.

  
  Prohibited Items
• Hazardous or illegal items
• Firearms or restricted weapons
• Animal sales
• Unauthorized vehicles or trailers in vendor areas
   
  Liability
• Vendors participate at their own risk
• The Union Horse Expo/Wildflower Collective Group is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage
• Vendors are responsible for compliance with all laws, insurance, and regulations
   
  Media Release
• Vendors consent to photo/video use for promotional purposes
• No compensation will be provided
   
  Compliance
• Failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund
• Future participation depends on compliance
