The Union Horse Expo invites professional clinicians, riders, trainers, educators, and equine professionals to apply to be part of our official event programming.

This application is intended for individuals or groups interested in providing clinics, demonstrations, educational sessions, or live presentations as part of the scheduled expo experience.

 

Participation in this category is free of charge for approved presenters.

 

What We’re Looking For

We welcome experienced professionals in areas such as:

  • Riding instruction (all disciplines).
  • Horsemanship and groundwork.
  • Training demonstrations.
  • Equine education and safety.
  • Veterinary, chiropractic, or bodywork education.
  • Specialty disciplines (reining, dressage, western, endurance, fox hunting, etc.).
  • Tack, equipment, or industry education presentations.

What to Expect

Selected clinicians/exhibitors will be featured as part of the official event schedule, with opportunities to:

  • Educate and demonstrate to a live audience.
  • Share expertise with riders, horse owners, and enthusiasts.
  • Contribute to the overall educational experience of the expo.
  • Engage directly with attendees in a structured, scheduled format.

Terms & Conditions

All presentations, clinics, and demos are scheduled and assigned by event organizers.


Time slots, arenas, and formats may be adjusted at any time.
Organizers reserve the right to change or cancel sessions as needed for event flow.
 
Attendance & Punctuality
Clinicians must arrive on time and be ready for their scheduled session. Failure to show or repeated lateness may result in removal from current and future programming.
 
Safety & Horse Handling
All horse-related activities must follow safe horsemanship practices.
Organizers may stop any activity deemed unsafe for horses, riders, or attendees.
Helmets or safety gear may be required depending on activity type.
 
Conduct & Professionalism
All participants are expected to maintain a professional, respectful presence.
Harassment, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal. This is a family-friendly educational event.
 
No Compensation
Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
No payment, travel reimbursement, or compensation is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
 
Space & Setup Limitations
No guaranteed stall, booth, or vendor space is included.
Setup needs must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval.
Special accommodations are not guaranteed.
 
Media Release
By participating, clinicians consent to photos/video being used for promotional purposes by The Union Horse Expo.
No compensation is provided for media use.
 
Liability
Participants assume all risks associated with participation.
The Union Horse Expo, organizers, and venue are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.
Participants are responsible for their own equipment, horses, and staff.

 

Wristband Access Requirement

  • All approved clinicians, riders, trainers, event staff, and volunteers will be issued an official wristband for access to horse and restricted event areas.
  • Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times while in designated horse areas.
  • Access to horse areas is strictly limited to individuals wearing an approved wristband.
  • Unauthorized access to restricted horse areas may result in removal from the event and potential ineligibility for future participation.
  • Exceptions apply only to emergency personnel (EMS, law enforcement, or designated event officials).
     
    Organizer Rights
    Organizers reserve the right to:
  • Modify schedules
  • Remove participants from programming
  • Refuse or discontinue participation at any time for safety or event needs
