Non-Profit Organizations

The Union Horse Expo is proud to support community impact organizations and is offering up to three (3) complimentary nonprofit spaces for qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations.

We welcome nonprofits whose mission aligns with community enrichment, education, agriculture, animal welfare, youth development, health, or other meaningful local impact initiatives.

By applying for and/or participating as a nonprofit organization at The Union Horse Expo, all participating organizations agree to the following terms:

 
Participation
Nonprofit participation is offered at no cost to selected 501(c)(3) organizations.
Space is limited and selection is not guaranteed. Participation is intended for outreach, education, and mission-based engagement with attendees.
Eligibility & Use of Space
Organizations must be a verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing. Booth space must be used to represent the organization’s mission and services. Spaces may not be transferred, subleased, or used by unapproved third parties.
Sales & Fundraising
Limited fundraising or donation-based activity may be permitted if consistent with the organization’s nonprofit mission and event guidelines. Any direct sales of goods must be minimal and aligned with nonprofit purpose and may be subject to organizer approval.
Event Environment & Conduct
All participants must follow event rules, staff instructions, and posted signage. This is a family-friendly event; respectful conduct is required at all times. Organizations must maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth space.
Media Release
By participating, organizations grant permission for photos or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by The Union Horse Expo and affiliated brands. No compensation will be provided for use of media.
 Liability
All organizations participate at their own risk.
The Union Horse Expo, Wildflower Collective Group, its organizers, affiliates, and venue are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, or claims arising from participation. Organizations are responsible for their own materials, property, staff, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Policy Compliance
Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the event and ineligibility for future participation. Continued participation is based on adherence to all guidelines and event standards.
