Food Truck & Trailer | Little Elm Halloween on the Lake 2026

Little Elm Halloween on the Lake returns on Saturday, October 17, 2026, bringing a night of family-friendly Halloween fun, entertainment, and community celebration to the lakefront at Little Elm Park.

This event features live music, a hayride, a hot-air balloon glow, pumpkin drops, food and marketplace vendors, and interactive experiences for attendees of all ages.

This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined within this application.

Food trucks and trailers must be fully self-contained and capable of operating independently, including power and water if needed.

The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure a balanced and high-quality event experience.

Vendors are encouraged to incorporate Halloween-themed elements into their setup, menu, or presentation when possible and to provide candy, giveaways, or interactive engagement for attendees.

All events are rain or shine.

Permittee/Vendor assumes all risk associated with participation and is solely responsible for any damage or injury resulting from their operations.

Permittee/Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Violations of applicable laws or regulations
• Vendor operations during the event
• Negligent or intentional acts

No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the Town of Little Elm.

Vendors must comply with all Town ordinances, park rules, and event procedures including load in, load out, and cleanup.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or restriction from future participation.
