About the application
Autumn Fest & Hispanic Heritage Day returns to Little Elm Park September 17 through 20, 2026, for four days of live entertainment, carnival attractions, food, vendors, and cultural celebration along the lakefront.
This multi-day festival features a full-scale carnival with rides and games, a diverse lineup of food vendors and marketplace vendors, and live music and programming throughout the weekend. The event draws a large regional audience and offers vendors the opportunity to engage with attendees across multiple days in a high-energy, family-friendly environment.
Sunday’s programming will highlight Hispanic Heritage Day, featuring Ballet Folklorico, mariachi performances, traditional dancers, and cultural experiences that celebrate the rich heritage and contributions of Hispanic communities.
This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined within this application.
Food vendors must be prepared to operate for the full duration of the event unless otherwise approved by the Special Events Team.
The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure a balanced and high-quality event experience.
All vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, generators, extension cords, and all necessary setup materials unless otherwise noted.
All events are rain or shine.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Permittee/Vendor assumes all risk associated with participation and is solely responsible for any damage or injury resulting from their operations.
Permittee/Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Violations of applicable laws or regulations
- Vendor operations during the event
- Negligent or intentional acts
No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the Town of Little Elm.
Approved vendors may sell only items listed and approved in their application. Menu changes must be approved in advance by the Special Events Team.
Vendors must comply with all Town ordinances, park rules, and event procedures, including load-in, load-out, and cleanup.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or restriction from future participation.
