We invite you to submit an application for vendor/exhibition space at this year’s Come Out With Pride on Saturday, October 17, 2026. We can't wait to see you!!

Vendors will be notified by the middle of the following month, provided their application was received by the end of the previous month.

Come Out With Pride is organized, operated, and produced by Come Out With Pride, Inc. The City of Orlando has a number of guidelines, rules, and regulations that all festival participants must follow.

Please Note: If you submit your application through the wrong portal, your application will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed. Be sure you are applying through the correct application link for Marketplace Vendors.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
Vendor agrees to follow all policies, terms and conditions, Liability Release, and Participation Agreement outlined below and detailed further in the application. These policies may not be altered, edited, amended, or otherwise changed without written permission from Come Out With Pride, Inc.
Failure to comply with these terms grants Come Out With Pride, Inc. or its authorized agents the right to:
Immediately terminate the vendor agreement;
Require the vendor, upon notice of violation, to cease operations and vacate the festival premises;
Forfeit any and all fees paid to Come Out With Pride, Inc. for participation in the Come Out With Pride festival and parade.
Submission of a vendor application constitutes review and acceptance of the following:
Application Review
All vendor applications are reviewed by Come Out With Pride, Inc. and are generally processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If approved, vendors will be notified of preliminary acceptance via email.
Come Out With Pride reserves the right to:
Limit the number of similar vendors;
Approve or deny any vendor application for any reason, without explanation.
Payment
Full payment is due upon approval of your application.
Payment must be received in full to secure your vendor space.
Incorrect payments or event category selections that do not match payment amounts will result in application rejection.
This is a rain or shine event — no refunds will be issued once your application has been approved.
Permits, Licensing & Insurance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required by the City of Orlando, Orange County, and/or the State of Florida.
Booth Space
Space only, vendor is responsible for tents, tables, and chairs.
Vendors may not exceed the size of their purchased booth space.
There are no refunds for unused rental items.
Electrical Access
Electricity is available at an additional cost. Request this option during your application.
Personal Tents
Vendors must supply their own tents (max size 10' x 20') but must meet the following requirements:
No more than three sides/walls installed during festival hours.
Proper tent weights are required: minimum 40 lbs per leg, per Fire Code.
Tents may not be anchored with stakes, or tied to trees, benches, or city structures. Failure to comply may result in fines or expulsion from festival grounds.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent weights.
Rental Items
All rental items (tables, chairs, etc.) must remain in the assigned booth space at the end of the festival. Unreturned or damaged items will be invoiced at full replacement cost.
Clean-Up
Vendors must:
Clean their booth space at the end of the event.
Remove all trash, debris, and personal items.
Avoid dumping sand in trash facilities or city landscaping.
Failure to clean your area will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Vendor Operating Hours
All vendor booths must remain open during festival operating hours. These hours are subject to change; vendors will be notified of any updates via email.
Food Vendors
Only vendors who complete the designated food vendor application may sell food. General vendors may not sell or distribute food unless otherwise approved in writing.
Beverage Sales & Distribution
Come Out With Pride, Inc. reserves exclusive rights for all alcohol sales and distribution during the event.
No alcoholic beverage sales or distribution (including sampling) is permitted without prior written approval.
Vendors may not sell or distribute any beverages—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—without authorization.
Attendance
Come Out With Pride, Inc. makes no guarantee regarding expected or actual attendance numbers.
Prohibited Items
Vendors may not display, sell, or promote:
- Alcohol;
Illegal or contraband goods;
Unlicensed or counterfeit items (including copies or interpretations of registered trademarks).
All city, county, and state laws apply.
Prohibited Behavior
Vendors are prohibited from:
Engaging in taunting, harassment, or verbal/written altercations with attendees, other vendors, performers, or staff;
Taking actions that are in direct conflict with the mission, values, or spirit of Come Out With Pride, Inc.
Violators are subject to immediate removal at the discretion of Come Out With Pride. Inc.

| Food Truck - 15 ft | $785.00 | Non-refundable | Food Truck fully functional in a 15’ area. |
| Food Truck - 20 ft | $985.00 | Non-refundable | Food Truck fully functional in a 20’ area. |
| 1 Food Cart | $525.00 | Non-refundable | Small cart that sells a limited number of products and can be moved into a specified location within the park. |
| Electrical Access (110V) | $385.00 | Non-refundable | Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords and power strips necessary to use the electrical access provided. Extension cords must be 12 gauge heavy duty cords and should be at least 25 feet in length. Come Out With Pride, Inc. does not provide extension cords or power strips. |
