2026 Freedom Fest Vendor Application
About the application
The 9th Annual Freedom Fest will take place on July 4, 2026 at Greatest Generation Park in Thomaston, GA. Arts and craft vendors are invited to be part of our festival vendor market, located in the shaded pine thicket area of the park, operating from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
We welcome handmade, artistic, and craft-based vendors. All items must be appropriate for a family-friendly, community event.
Vendor spaces are 10’x10’, with the option to request a double space. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and display equipment. Limited access to electricity is available for a $15 add-on fee and must be requested in advance.
Setup & Breakdown:
Vendors will receive detailed setup instructions prior to the event. All vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and remain open for the duration of market hours. Breakdown may begin after 9:00 PM.
Parking:
Vendor parking is available on-site. Specific unloading and parking instructions will be provided closer to the event date.
Event Guidelines:
This is a family-friendly event. Vendors are expected to maintain clean, safe, and professional spaces throughout the event. Food sales are limited to approved food vendors only, which is a separate application.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
No rain date or refund due to inclement weather. Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable. Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the vendors. Event Setup Time: 2-3:30pm Spaces will be clearly marked. Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 3:45pm. Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area. All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the Vendor. Please bring tent weights or tie downs to protect against the wind. City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable. There will be electricity provided for an extra fee of $15 for individual booths in limited areas. Before leaving your space, you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items. Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold. Freedom Fest is a family-friendly event. No weapon or drug merchandise permitted. The sale of drug related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. We do not permit the sale of cannabis related items (including pipes and CBD). We do not permit the display of cannabis related imagery or merchandise with cannabis imagery (no merchandise with pot leaves on it). We reserve the right to deny any application at our discretion. Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.
