Thank you for your interest in BurgQuest 2026!
WHO IS THIS APPLICATION FOR?
This application is for nonprofit organizations, community groups, and event swap representatives looking to showcase their mission, services, or event in the BurgQuest 2026 Marketplace. This application is NOT for vendors looking to sell their goods (there's another application for that!).

All accepted participants will be provided with two weekend badges, and a reserved 10x10 pipe and drape booth in the BurgQuest Marketplace hall including a table and two chairs.
IF ACCEPTED, WHAT'S EXPECTED?
Exhibitors will be expected to have their booth staffed during the following Marketplace dates and times:
- Saturday - 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Sunday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Event swap exhibitors are expected to provide an invitation for BurgQuest to promote at their next upcoming event in a similar capacity.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
EXHIBITOR LICENSES / REQUIREMENTS
Exhibitors certify that they have all necessary business licenses, incorporation documents, insurance or other relevant permits to sell their products, services, and/or run their organization and can provide documentation upon request. Exhibitors acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining what requirements apply to their business or organization, including what sales taxes, if any, to collect and remit.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All booth staff must be a minimum of 18 years old.
AI POLICY
Exhibitors may not feature assets created in whole or in part using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Failure to comply will result in removal from the Marketplace without a refund.
PRODUCTS & DISPLAYS
We strive to create a positive, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere. Event organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any materials deemed inappropriate for the event. Failure to comply will result in removal from the Marketplace without a refund.
BOOTH SETUP
Booths measure 10' x 10' and have a standard pipe and drape setup. Nothing may be attached to the fabric or nearby walls. Exhibitors may use hooks to attach lightweight objects, such as signage, to the booth's frame. Glitter, confetti, and other similar objects that require excessive cleanup are not permitted. Displays may not extend into the aisle or beyond the booth's sides.
LOAD IN & LOAD OUT
Exhibitors are solely responsible for setting up and breaking down their booth. Exhibitors must remove all items and trash from their booth during load out.
EVENT HOURS
Exhibitors must keep their booth fully set up and staffed for the entire duration of the event's Marketplace hours on September 26 & 27. Exhibitors that begin to break down their booth and/or leave before the closing announcement each day will not be invited back in the future.
OVERNIGHT STORAGE
Marketplace representatives are welcome to leave their materials in the Marketplace room overnight. The room will be closed and cleared of guests each evening, with security stationed by the closed area until the building is closed for the evening. This said, representatives are ultimately responsible for their own materials, and BurgQuest takes no responsibility for anything lost or stolen during the event. We recommend vendors plan on keeping any valuables on their person during off-hours.
COSTS
There are no fees to apply and no both fees for accepted organizations and events. Exhibitors are responsible for their own supplies, travel, accommodations, and other expeneses related to their participation.
WIFI & ELECTRICITY
Wifi and electricity are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee. If you are interested in either of these services, please make a note in the final question of the application, indicating whether these elements are optional or required for your participation.
INDEMNIFICATION
Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities at the event and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the venue and event producers, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Exhibitor agrees to abide by the event's code of conduct:
BurgQuest strives to create a fun, respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests and participants regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or nationality.
Exhibitors agree to be considerate in their speech and actions to other guests and event staff. Any form of harassment or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have been engaged in harassment, threats, or willful disruption will have their badge or marketplace booth revoked without a refund and removed from the venue.
FORCE MAJEURE / EVENT CANCELLATION
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the event organizer's control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, or other emergencies, the event organizer reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies, which may include rescheduling the event. The event organizer shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred by exhibitors.
