Access: Includes vendor access for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday
Setup: Thursday evening and Friday morning
Vendor Hall Hours:
VIP Early Access Night — Friday, July 31st (7 PM – 10 PM)
Saturday — 10 AM – 6 PM
Sunday — 10 AM – 4 PM

Important Note:
Due to the connected table layout, vendors are expected to keep displays within their assigned table space and maintain clear walkways for attendee safety.

By submitting an application and payment for a vendor table at Gamers Alley Con, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.
Vendor Space Details
Each vendor space includes:
One (1) 6-foot table
Center floor placement within the Main Hall
Tables arranged in connected rows
Vendor access for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday
Shared event floor layout (no pipe-and-drape dividers)
Vendor tables are limited and will be assigned by event staff.
Table placement is determined by Gamers Alley Con staff and cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

Vendor Table Details: Price: $150 per 6-foot table (2-day event) Location: Artist Alley at Entrance Includes: One 6-foot vendor table for both event days Vendor Load-In Times: Friday, July 31st: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday, August 1st: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (additional load-in window) Sunday, August 2nd: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (restock and limited access) Additional setup instructions, vendor rules, and event information will be provided before the event.
