About the application
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:
- Signed and Witnessed Vendor Agreement
- Signed Rules & Regulations
- Signed Waiver of Liability and Indemnification for each person who will work the event
- Signed and notarized Anti Human Trafficking Affidavit.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Boynton Beach CRA as additionally insured.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming City of Boynton Beach as additionally insured.
- A photo(s) of your products and/or vendor display.
- Boynton Beach Based Applicants will get $25 OFF the vendor fee when they upload proof of residency (Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate).

VENDOR FEE: $200
Boynton Beach-based businesses will receive $25 OFF the vendor fee when proof of residency or business location is uploaded with the application.
- Accepted payment methods: Check, Money Order, Cash, or Credit Card.
- A credit card is required to submit the application, regardless of payment method.
- Cash payments are accepted in person only.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 5.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
- Credit cards will only be charged after the application has been approved.
- If paying by Check, Money Order, or Cash, your credit card will not be charged.
- Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Boynton Beach CRA and mailed or delivered to the address below.

- Please upload the COI naming the Boynton Beach CRA as additionally insured here. Same requirements as the City, but certificate holder must say "Boynton Beach CRA."

- Items provided by the CRA: one 10x10 tent, one 6ft table, two chairs, lighting, and access to power if needed.
- I have read the Temporary Event Checklist and understand that a health inspector may come on-site. The checklist is available for download under the "Related Files" section of the application.
- This is a two-night event. Vendors are required to leave their booths set up overnight and may only break down after the event ends on Saturday night. Overnight security will be provided.
- Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or a vendor space at the event.
