ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:
- Signed and Witnessed Vendor Agreement
- Signed Rules & Regulations
- Signed Waiver of Liability and Indemnification for each person who will work the event
- Signed and notarized Anti Human Trafficking Affidavit.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Boynton Beach CRA as additionally insured.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming City of Boynton Beach as additionally insured.
- A photo(s) of your products and/or vendor display.
- Boynton Beach Based Applicants will get $25 OFF the vendor fee when they upload proof of residency (Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate).

VENDOR FEE: $250
Boynton Beach-based businesses will receive $25 OFF the vendor fee when proof of residency or business location is uploaded with the application.
$50: access to power (Access to power is available for an additional $50 fee and is subject to limited availability.)
- Accepted payment methods: Check, Money Order, Cash, or Credit Card.
- A credit card is required to submit the application, regardless of payment method.
- Cash payments are accepted in person only.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 5.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
- Credit cards will only be charged after the application has been approved.
- If paying by Check, Money Order, or Cash, your credit card will not be charged.
- Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Boynton Beach CRA and mailed or delivered to the address below.

- Boynton Beach Fire Rescue must conduct inspection and certification of the Food Truck prior to the event
- Pre-Event standard inspections (required for certification and participation) are conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-4:15pm at Boynton Beach Fire Station Five, 2080 High Ridge Rd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. - The Anti Human Trafficking Affidavit must be notarized. Please note: we now accept previously notarized affidavits, as long as the notarization date is within one year of the event.
- Please upload your SIGNED Waiver of Liability here - one for EACH person that will be present at your tent during the event. Available for download under the "Related Files" section of application.
- Please upload the COI naming the City of Boynton Beach as additionally insured here. Insurance requirements document is available for download under the "Related Files" section of the application.
- Please upload the COI naming the Boynton Beach CRA as additionally insured here. Same requirements as the City, but certificate holder must say "Boynton Beach CRA."
- BOYNTON BEACH BASED Applicants will get $25 OFF the vendor fee when they upload proof of residency (Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate). Please upload your proof of residency here.
- I understand that food truck generators must comply with BBFD policy, and that food trucks which do not meet these requirements will be removed from the event.
- Access to power is available for an additional $50 fee and is subject to limited availability.
- I have read the Temporary Event Checklist and understand that a health inspector may come on-site. The checklist is available for download under the "Related Files" section of the application.
- Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or a vendor space at the event.
