Little Elm’s Juneteenth Celebration returns on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. at The Lawn at Little Elm Park.

 

This community event honors freedom, culture, and heritage while bringing residents and visitors together for an evening of connection, celebration, and reflection.

 

Since its beginning in 2023, the event has grown into a meaningful and vibrant community gathering rooted in the significance of Juneteenth.

 

The event features a curated vendor market, live music from the David Whiteman Band, a video message from Opal Lee, and remarks from the Juneteenth committee.

 

Vendors play an essential role in the experience. The vendor market is intentionally curated to highlight and support Black-owned businesses, while also welcoming vendors whose products, services, and mission align with the purpose and cultural significance of Juneteenth.

 

With an expected attendance of 500 guests, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your business and be part of a meaningful, growing event in Little Elm.

Vendors are encouraged to create an engaging, welcoming experience that reflects the spirit of Juneteenth and enhances the overall atmosphere of the event.

Terms & Conditions

The Permittee or Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation in the event and is solely responsible for any injury to persons or damage to property resulting from their operations, equipment, or staff.

 

The Permittee or Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • Violation of any applicable law, ordinance, or regulation
  • Negligence or intentional acts or omissions by the vendor, its employees, agents, or representatives

Vendors are required to comply with all Town of Little Elm park rules, event procedures, and all load-in, event operation, load-out, and cleanup requirements.

 

Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space throughout the event and for removing all materials, waste, and equipment at its conclusion.

 

Failure to follow event rules or staff direction may result in removal from the event without refund and may impact eligibility for future Town of Little Elm events.

Priority consideration will be given to Black-owned businesses and vendors whose offerings align with the event's purpose.
