We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Albuquerque Fermentation & Fungi Fest, and we’re searching for enthusiastic vendors to join us for our 3rd Annual celebration! Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to display your fermented treats, fungi-inspired products, and everything in between to an energetic, welcoming crowd. Let’s make this year unforgettable together!
Why Be a Vendor?
Showcase your creations to festivalgoers interested in fermentation and fungi products while joining a community of vendors who share your passion and boost sales that reach new customers at the festival.
Who Are We Excited to Welcome?
Fermented Foods & Beverages: If you create mouthwatering kimchi, bubbly kombucha, tangy sauerkraut, or rustic sourdough—bring your best! We’re on the lookout for all things fermented and flavorful.
Procucers & Fungi Products: Mushrooms of every kind, mushroom-powered goodies, foraging gear, and anything that celebrates fungi—show us what you’ve got! We welcome all fresh produce growers!
Artisanal & Handcrafted Goods: We’re eager for one-of-a-kind creations connected to fermentation, fungi, or sustainable living. If it’s crafted with passion and creativity, it belongs here!

Date: Sunday, October 11th
Time: 10am-5pm

ABQFFF Application Process:
- Submit Your Application & Payment: Complete the online vendor application form; payment due upon submission.
- Review & Selection: Our team will review all applications and select vendors based on product quality, uniqueness, and alignment with the festival's mission.
- Confirmation: Selected vendors will be notified and provided with details about their secured, approved spot.
Vendor Fees:
Standard Booth [includes artisans, producers, prepackaged foods] (10x10): $50
Important Dates:
Application Deadline: July 30th
Vendor Notification: 2-3 weeks after submission
Payment Due: Upon submission of application

| Single booth | $50.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $50 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. BOOTH FEES WILL BE CHARGED UPON APPROVAL AS A VENDOR. |
