Welcome, and thank you so much for your interest in joining Love & Liberation: A Boldly Unapologetic Juneteenth Pride Celebration! 🌈✨
Rooted in the powerful intersection of Juneteenth and Pride, this celebration honors both freedom and authenticity—recognizing the liberation of Black communities and the ongoing fight for LGBTQIA+ visibility, rights, and joy. Together, these histories and movements create a meaningful and necessary space to celebrate identity, resilience, and collective progress.
This vibrant, free, family-friendly event brings the community together in a spirit of culture, connection, and joy. We’re excited to spotlight not only our guests, but also the incredible vendors who help bring this experience to life and make the day truly special.
Our goal is to create an inclusive, affirming marketplace that highlights creativity, resilience, and the contributions of diverse communities, as well as the businesses and organizations that support them. This is a space rooted in culture, joy, and community connection.
Please note that small, local businesses owned and operated by queer, women, Black, and other marginalized entrepreneurs will be prioritized as part of our commitment to equity and representation.
What’s included for vendors:
• One 6ft table and two chairs
• Free parking nearby
• A space located within a large pavilion (no tent required, but you are welcome to bring a 10x10 pop-up tent for additional shade or branding)
• Private security on-site to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Participation in our virtual marketplace, with your logo and hyperlink featured on the event page
We encourage vendors to bring items, activations, or interactive elements that make your space engaging and inviting for attendees. Additional logistical details, including load-in information and timing, will be shared as the event approaches.

Prices
| Single booth 10x10 Space | $20.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Our goal is to create an inclusive and affirming marketplace that celebrates the creativity, resilience, and contributions of Black and queer communities, as well as the businesses and organizations that support them. This space is rooted in culture, connection, and joy—reflecting the spirit of both Juneteenth and Pride.
