Carrollwood Family Market & Children’s Business Fair is a family-friendly community event that brings together local vendors, young entrepreneurs, and families for a fun day of shopping and support for small businesses. This event includes both adult vendors and youth participants, with the children’s business fair giving kids the opportunity to practice entrepreneurship by selling their products, interacting with customers, and handling sales in a real event setting.

Adult vendor booths are $40 and include one table and two chairs. Vendors are also welcome to bring their own table, tent, and setup if preferred. Setup begins at 9:00 AM.

We welcome family-friendly vendors, handmade items, treats, specialty products, and small businesses that are a good fit for a community-centered event. All booths must be appropriate for families and children.

By applying, vendors agree to provide family-friendly products and displays suitable for all ages. Booth spaces must be fully set up by the event start time and remain in place until the event ends unless otherwise approved. Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, payments, signage, and any additional setup needs beyond the table and chairs provided. Vendors bringing their own setup must keep it within their assigned space.

Food vendors must comply with any applicable health and safety requirements. Event organizers reserve the right to decline applications that are not a good fit for the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
