Retail Vendors (Bazaar Marketeers – Curated Discovery Zone)
About the application
Bazaar Marketeers → The Curated Discovery Zone
The Bazaar Marketeers is a dedicated section within West Loop Art Fest, designed to complement our core artist showcase by featuring a curated mix of creative retailers, makers, and resellers. While the festival centers around fine art, this area expands the experience—offering guests a dynamic, high-quality shopping environment that blends art, style, and discovery.
Vendors selected for this category should offer well-branded, high-quality retail goods such as clothing, jewelry, accessories, home goods, and lifestyle products. This is not a traditional vendor market—each participant is chosen to complement the overall aesthetic and elevate the guest experience.
General Requirements for All Vendors:
All vendors must use a fully white tent with at least 50 lbs. of weight per tent leg.
Full payment is required prior to the application deadline. Failure to submit payment will disqualify the vendor from the acceptance process.
Vendors are only permitted to sell items listed in their approved application. Unauthorized items will be removed, and sales must occur exclusively within the designated booth space.
Vendors are required to provide a valid Pop-Up Retail User License. If a license cannot be provided, Bash Creates can obtain one on your behalf for a $25.00 fee. To process this, vendors must submit their business name, address, items to be sold, and Illinois Business Tax Number.
