Chaoticon 2026 – Artist Alley Terms and Conditions
By applying to be an artist vendor at Chaoticon 2026 (November 21-22, 2026), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility & Products
Artist Alley is reserved for artists, authors, and creators selling handmade, original, or self-created items (e.g., art prints, comics, books, stickers, crafts, etc.).
Fan art is permitted but must adhere to fair use and copyright laws.
Reselling mass-produced items, bootlegs, or unlicensed merch is strictly prohibited.
1. Booth Information & Pricing
Standard booth spaces measure 8x5 ft and are priced at $175.
Double booth spaces measure 16x5 ft and are priced at $300.
Each booth includes (1) table and (2) chairs.
Corner booths are available for an additional $50, subject to availability.
Electricity is not guaranteed. If needed, vendors must contact the event team in advance to request access and make arrangements.
3. Additional Badges
Up to two (2) additional artist badges may be purchased per table.
Friday (11/20): Setup from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday (11/21): Final setup/restock from 8:30 – 10:30 AM
Sunday (11/22): Restock allowed 8:30 – 10:30 AM
No teardown is allowed before 4:30 PM Sunday. All vendors must vacate by 10:00 PM Sunday night.
Overnight security will be present throughout the weekend.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Chaoticon has a no refund policy.
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to chaoticempire@outlook.com.
Approved refunds will incur a $40 fee per table and $10 per additional badge.
Table transfers are not allowed. If you cannot attend, your space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
6. Code of Conduct
All vendors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow artists.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Cosplay is not consent—vendors are expected to follow all safety and conduct guidelines outlined in the event handbook.
Chaoticon reserves the right to remove any vendor or artist from the event, without refund, for violating policies or engaging in behavior that disrupts the event or compromises the safety and comfort of others.
7. Liability
Chaoticon, its staff, and venue partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for any injuries that occur during the event.
All vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage.
8. Vendor Booth Fees – No Refund Policy
All vendor booth payments for CHAOTICON are final and non-refundable. By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, personal circumstances, or failure to attend the event.
Vendor participation is a commitment to the event, and booth fees secure your reserved space.
CHAOTICON does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, or specific placement outcomes.
All event details—including layout, attendance, vendors, and programming—are subject to change at the discretion of event organizers and do not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions will only be considered at the sole discretion of the event coordinator and must be discussed and approved in advance.
By applying and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

| End-Cap ADD-ON (2 corners for Artist Alley Vendors) | $100.00 | ADD-ON fee for end-cap / 2 corners. Corner vendors have more exposure and traffic. This add-on is for artist alley vendors getting an end-cap, making their total booth area 10ft x 8ft, including 2 corners. All corners/ends subject to availability. Sponsors get location preference. *Must purchase double booth in addition to end cap add-on* |
