Southern Roots Festival attracts a wide audience of families, shoppers, and community members from across the region, offering a strong opportunity to engage with attendees in a high-traffic, in-person setting.

 

Please note that this category is limited and curated to ensure a balanced and cohesive festival experience. Not all applicants will be accepted.

About the event

Southern Roots Festival is a 1.5-day outdoor event at the historic North Wilkesboro Speedway celebrating community, culture, and creativity. The festival features a mix of vendors, live music, food, and family-friendly experiences. Guests can shop a vendor market with apparel, accessories, home goods, and specialty products from local and regional businesses, enjoy live performances, and explore interactive activities throughout the event. Food vendors will be on-site serving Southern favorites, festival fare, and refreshing beverages. Parking will be available on-site with staff directing traffic. This is a family-friendly, rain or shine event, so guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and plan for outdoor conditions. Southern Roots Festival proudly supports Speedway Children’s Charities, making a meaningful impact in the local community.

Terms & Conditions

Southern Roots Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any application. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status once the review process is complete.

 

If accepted, the card on file will be charged for all applicable fees selected during the application process. All transactions include a 6% processing fee, which is shared between the festival and the applicant.


By submitting an application, you are entering into an electronic agreement and agree to the terms outlined above.

 

Please ensure that your credit card information remains accurate and up to date. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the card on file. Southern Roots Festival is not responsible for refunds that cannot be processed due to incorrect or outdated payment information.

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $150.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x20 Booth $300.00 Non-refundable
