Southern Roots Festival welcomes applications from informational and service-based businesses interested in connecting with our audience at the 2026 event at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

This category is intended for businesses that provide services, promotions, or informational outreach rather than the direct sale of physical goods or food. Examples may include service providers, organizations, or businesses promoting offerings, memberships, or experiences.

Southern Roots Festival attracts a wide audience of families, shoppers, and community members from across the region, offering a strong opportunity to engage with attendees in a high-traffic, in-person setting.

Please note that this category is limited and curated to ensure a balanced and cohesive festival experience. Not all applicants will be accepted.

Southern Roots Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any application. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status once the review process is complete.

If accepted, the card on file will be charged for all applicable fees selected during the application process. All transactions include a 6% processing fee, which is shared between the festival and the applicant.

By submitting an application, you are entering into an electronic agreement and agree to the terms outlined above.

Please ensure that your credit card information remains accurate and up to date. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the card on file. Southern Roots Festival is not responsible for refunds that cannot be processed due to incorrect or outdated payment information.
