Market Vendor Application
About the application
This is the application and agreement for a Market Vendor booth space during the Cynthiana Honey Festival. This application is NOT for food vendors!
Baked goods or candy are good fits for the market vendor spaces. Hot food and any business that uses power or a generator and/or a trailer should apply with the Food Vendor Application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to pay to the Cynthiana Honey Festival board a fee according to their selected booth space.
2. No electricity or water hookups will be provided or guaranteed accessible.
3. Exhibitor/Vendor/Food booths will be responsible for setting up your own booth, tear down, and cleanup of your booth area. You are only responsible for cleanup of your own booth area.
4. Neither the Cynthiana Honey Festival nor any of its agents will be responsible for any losses and/or damages that may occur in conjunction with the festival.
5. Setup for the festival will start at 7:00 am on September 12th, 2026 and cleanup is to be completed after the festival ends at 5:00 pm on September 12th, 2026.
6. The Cynthiana Honey Festival Board reserves the right to revoke this agreement for conduct which does not reflect the views and purpose of the Cynthiana Honey Festival, or failure to adhere to the booth rental agreement. Food/Exhibitors/Vendors not adhering will be asked to leave the premises and future participation in festivals may be denied.
